Zombie High! Survival RP (Started)

Some of the kids near the windows screamed, causing all the others to press up against the glass to see what was going on.
Hayley jumped up and ran over to join them. She saw Ivan and Jack attacking..
"What the hell is that thing?!?" She said, looking at the grotesque monster.
"Guys get away from the window! If it looks up it might see you." She said, trying to get in front of them to push them away.

[Xero Scythe]

The zombie stopped, right before the petrol. "Dammit! why did you have to stop now? Fine, time to take matters into my own hands." Ivan ran up to the wall again and kicked off. he spun around and the metal on his boot hit right at the small of the creature's back, where there were no beams. the creature tottered back and forth. Ivan kicked it one more time to push it in. "Run!" He yelled to Jack, who dived back away from the pool. He threw an IED right at the monster. it exploded, setting the petrol alight. Nothing could possibly live through those flames. "Anyone up for a barbeque?" Ivan joked.

Jack had blood on him from the day's events.

"I wish I could have a shower, or at least some clean clothes." He playfully complained back.

"So...what to do about the kids that want to leave now that they have seen some of what they're up against? I vote we let them take any weapons they have with them, but we don't give them anything other than basic melee weapons. That and we shoot any who try and steal a gun."

"I agree. However, after seeing today's events, i hope they'll think better of it and figure out that their best chance of survival is with the guy who could blow the damn town off the map, not against him. Besides, what kid in his (or her) right mind would go out without a gun? Not including me?" Ivan remembered the dead raid party members. "You take care of that. i have a duty to perform."

"Whew, what a day" Charles said as he and the group finished fighting the monster

As they began to walk up the stairs to the chem lab he began to feel weak, but could not figure out why. When they reached the top of the stairs he felt a pain in his back, seeing a shard of glass on the ground he saw a piece of metal jutting from his back.

"Ohh shit!" he yelled as he fell face foreward unconsiuous.

"I understand entirely. I probably have a few apologies to make myself before this day is over. I'll see you back in the chem room." Jack waived over his shoulder as he walked back into the school and the chem room itself.

Jack walked back into the chem room and stood on a lab station."Alright now that that thing is dead. Who wants to leave? If you do you may take whatever weapons you have on you currently and if you are unarmed a melee weapon will be provided. If you attempt to take food, water, or a firearm you will be shot. We have no problem with you leaving anymore, but any attempts to hinder our survival will be punished with possibly deadly force."

He climbed down.

"Adries can I have a word with you? You aren't in trouble but I feel I must apologize for my actions over the past few days. It is my actions that have caused you to be shot, caused your leg to be bleeding more profusely than it had been, and lead to you nearly dying in the radio tower. I feel I must atone for my mistakes, so if you should have something I may do, tell me what it is and I shall do it."

 

[Xero Scythe]

Ivan shook his head as he picked up the bodies of the dead. He placed each one in a beautiful oak coffin that he made using the shop classroom. He picked up the shovel and started to dig. He noticed the others of the group surrounding him, but they did not reveal themselves fully. That was fine by him. He caused their deaths, and this was his cross to bury. He finished the first grave in record time using his awesome strength. he climbed out and started on the next one. he muttered prayers for them under his breath. "Forgive me. I did not mean to send you to your deaths. you all have proved yourselves better men and women than anyone here. My actions pale in comparison to your ultimate sacrifice."

Jack heard the shout.

"Sorry Adries, I guess this will have to wait." Jack said as he ran out of the classroom to find Charles face down with a rod sticking out of his back. He immediately lifted him up and ran back to the chem room.

"LISA! We need a medic NOW!" Jack ran into the room and laid Charles face down on a lab station.
Jack immediately set about stemming the tide of blood until Lisa ran over to them.

"Guess so," Adries replied, running after Jack. She gasped when she saw Charles on the ground. "Holy fuck, how can anyone not notice that? Crap. Jack, careful. Moving too much could cause problems. Shit, I'll get the students and kids out."

With that she ran over to the shocked students and lead them all out of the Chem room. She ran to the bathroom to wet some towels, then ran back to the Chem room.

Hayley edged closer to Charles, looking at the metal rod.
"I don't think it's punctured any of his vital organs.. Lucky bastard." She mumbled. She grabbed Charles' wrist and felt a pulse.

Charles moaned, he felt a sharp pain in his back, it took him a second to remember that a piece of metal was lodged in his back

"Ohh shit....how are we gonna get it out?" he asked noone in particular.

"If we don't we can always use you as a coathanger." Hayley said in a monotone, unable to resist a mean joke.

 

[tsatoma]

"Erm...surgery? Prayer?" Adries responded to Charles, putting the towels over the wound. "This is quite serious, anyone know what to do?"

"Ca...Can't you just pull it out?" Charles wispered.

 

[tsatoma]

"Then you'd bleed to death. That thing is keeping you from bleeding out. Taking it out would be bad," Adries replied, trying to figure out something to do.

"Yeah, what Adries said. 'Cause we don't have the medical equipment to stitch you up, or the stuff needed to keep you alive while we stitch you up." Hayley said, blowing the hair out of her face as she kept track of Charles' pulse.

"Adries, Haley....I...I can't walk around with a chunck of metal in my back till I die. You said that you would need to seal my wound to stop my bleeding.....Maybe if you grabed a blow torch you could yank the metal out and cauterise my wound to close it."

"That's not how it works buddy. To cauterize we would need something made of flat metal to hold down over the wound. Its the heated metal that seals the wound. I'm not willing to cut a chunk off that thing in your back for fear of sparks getting inside the wound. We could use maybe an axe blade, a flat knife, a sword, any flat metal object would work really." Jack explained

"Guys.....Lets go with what Jack says, I think it might be my only chance..." he let out a moan of pain

"Ohhh man this is gonna hurt. Hayley.....I'll need a painkiller or somthing or even booze if we have any."

"Er...I think we might have some alcohol. Don't go being an alcoholic though," Adries says, walking around looking for some. After digging around a few bags she finds some and hands it to him. "Painkillers are right here, though you should only take one or the other. You know. Says never to drink with alcohol."
