Christie just chuckled.
"What are you talking about, you two? Of course this is the only place to go logically. I'm not exactly here for company but this is my only other option. The base is burned down to the ground from what i've heard. We're the only survivors that I know of. Heh, well that seems Alan didn't make it then? That's too bad. Really." She responded, her tone acidic.

"My brother made it," Adries quickly told her, deciding that running Christie over would be a very good idea, "And don't play games. We know about Jack and all that! You're a fucking idiot! Couldn't you have just said you'd infect him then blast him in the back of head!? I doubt he'd of cared once he was dead! But no, you had to be a fucktard and stupidly infect him, turning him into...like Wesker or something! I don't think I could fathom your idiocy!"

"Idiocy?" She spat, "You may believe that I have no redeeming qualities. You might be right. But when a deal is sealed, I intend to keep it. He offered me the chance to get what i wanted, in exchange for one tiny injection. I was about to smash his skull in when he woke up and decided to almost break my shoulder before going about his business destroying that base. I regret it, solely because I didn't get my end of the bargain. What more do you want me to say? I'm sorry?"
Christie gripped her fists, on the verge of losing her calm.

"Don't you see the point?! If you weren't so goddamned selfish, This wouldn't have happened! Jack would've been human and many would still be alive! You're a fucking disgrace Christie! You've killed hundreds because of your fucking self-righteousness! And many many more will die because you only thought of yourself!" Lisa snapped.

"You have nothing more to say in this, Mother Theresa." Christie growled back.

"Hey, she gets to say whatever the hell she wants!" Adries yelled back at Christie, "You certainly aren't the boss of her. Besides, what 'deal' are you talking about? What were you going to get out of turning him into a zombie then killing him? I think it's stupid. I think you're stupid. You should have just killed him."

"I did it out of satisfaction. He asked me specifically. I believe in 'last rights'. Infection was his. Oh hell, I have some loyalties?" She expressed thick with sarcasm.
"Besides the point, Who could have foreseen what happened? I was just going to inject him and then uphold my end when he was a shambling waste. And since when did your authority come above mine, Miss. Bixler?" Christie stated simply, pacing now, similar to that of a caged animal.

"Since you became the lowest being left in existence. You're below the infected and the dirt! You had no right to do what you did!" Lisa yelled at her.

"He gave me the damned right!"

"Last right? I could understand if it was something reasonable, but it wasn't! Just kill him! I know that you probably thought he would be a normal zombie, but still! Did you not think? Did you not think he might become a special infected?
I mean seriously? I can't believe you did something so stupid as that! Should have just shot him, not like he'd of cared. But no. No, no, no. You just had to make life difficult for everyone else! Didn't he like, kick your ass? Why would you even bother upholding something with him? Shit," Adries said, trying to word her anger.

Christie couldn't help but laugh, even though she found her irritating.
"You repeat stupidity far too much. Can't you see that it was just a mistake? The chances of him becoming a special infected seemed minimal so I didn't worry. What happened between us was going to be made even with the deal anyway. He was pathetic in his cell. It amused me and the idea of inflicting as much pain on him as possible just sweetened everything." She gave another short laugh before adding looking at Adries mainly.
"The way you've been speaking. Christ, you sound like my mother. Same words and everything."

"Don't you fucking dare bring her up like that, Christie! And how can you call this a 'mistake'? This is far from being called something so lenient!" Lisa responded with resentment, taking a step towards her, unsure about what she might do.

"Stupid, stupid, fucking retardedly stupid! That's what you are!" Adries yelled back, becoming frustrated at everything that was happening. "You know what? Fuck it. I'm done, I'm going out," Adries said, grabbing her blanket and pushing Christie aside as she walked out of the room. She looked at the APC for a moment before going to the back of the station and climbing on the roof. She got as comfortable as she could, hoping it wouldn't rain or else she'd have to go back inside.

"...Adries. Couldn't you have just died?! Why did you have to follow us?! Why did you ever have to get this far?! Why did you have to show up?! You have done nothing that has made this situation better! You've probably set us back months, maybe years, because of your fucking selfish cowardice! You've cause more pain than possible by one human being! That's why you can't possibly be one!" Lisa spat, no longer able to hold her anger, shoving her sister, making her skid back slightly.

She reacted to the shove the same she'd reacted to the push given by Adries, with a leer. She raised her hand and struck Lisa.
"I'm more human than you are."

"Woah. Alright children enough is enough," Albert said as he stood back up. He had been sitting on the sidelines, not wanting to get involved. "Now look here, from what I can tell this group of survivors don't want'cha joining," he told Christie calmly, "And you seem a bit like a ***** so I'm on their side with it. Ya seem to cause problems, and we really can't have anymore. Maybe it'd be best if you just go on your merry little way and leave us alone."

Dewey was silent, not sure what to do. Once Adries had walked out her decided he was on the fence, and got up to go and talk to Jacobs in the APC.
"Ay man. We have a problem," Dewey said, startling Jacobs and Alan.
"Well...what's going on?" Jacobs asked.
"Lieutenant-Colonel Bailey has returned."
"Oh for fuck's sake!" Alan yelled, stopping what he was doing to look at Dewey, "You better make sure she doesn't stay. She's only been a problem. A problem that we should erase right now before they make it worse."
"Woah, woah. Hold on. Wait, Dewey stay here while I go see what's going on," Jacobs said as he got out of the vehicle and walked over to the station.

Lisa put a hand to her face. One side of her face was chalk-white while the other was red. Her face ached, the sting making her eyes water, she turned away from her in further anger, scowling at her.
"Just leave." She muttered.

Christie straightened herself, turning to Albert.
"Sir. Your observations are probably all too correct, but i have little to no other options. I come here with the proposition of being another gun. I just want somewhere to sleep. That's all. You don't need to acknowledge my existence. I'm only here because it's smarter than trying to get around on my own until i'm out of gas and outnumbered. You can understand that, right? "

"I can, but I still don't like it," Albert said, looking over at Jacobs when he entered, "I'd say you should stay outside for the night. We all need sleep and time to think having you in the group over."
Jacobs silently listened, looking at the situation. He was glad that Christie was back, but he seemed like the only one. He was, however, not as trusting of her after hearing her part in the recent destruction of the base.

"That seems reasonable enough. I'll go along with that. Nothing that's too objectable while you have a discussion about it.." Christie responded placidly, her temper decreasing now, her arms folded. She'd looked to Jacobs for a brief moment when he entered, flashing a smirk then looking back to Albert.

I'll do anything I convince them to make you leave. That feigned attitude shift you do, doesn't work with me. Lisa thought resentfully listening into the conversation.

"Alright then. We'll talk about this in the morning. Sounds good?" Albert asked, getting a nod from Jacobs. Albert sat back down, ready to go back to go back to watch duty. He'd probably keep watch of Christie in case she decided to murder them all when they sleep.

Jacobs started weighing the pros and cons as he started to walk back to the APC. He was having a hard time trusting her, and he just couldn't get over the fact that his base, the one place where he felt safe, was destroyed along with friends there.

Adries was listening to the conversation below her, hearing most of it since everyone was had their voice raised or were simply yelling. 'I'll head back inside in the morning, and make sure Christie won't be staying with us any longer,' Adries thought.

She raised and muttered goodnight out of civility to the two who were inside now and saying the same to Jacobs before leaving and closing the door behind her. She spent a few moments lingering outside, grabbing the crumbled cigarette packet from inside her jacket and doing her usual ritual. Christie then moved to the edge of the forest beside the building, she was still visible as she sat against a tree and getting comfortable.
That went better than I expected. Better cut back on the drama if I plan on staying.

Lisa went to the same place where she'd slept what seemed like hours ago and curled up in the blanket. Deciding that she was too tired now to even consider the morning.

((Lol, football.))

Adries was the first to wake up the next day. She had an uneasy night's sleep, seemingly sleeping on top of a roof in the forest is not a good idea, and was not happy when she climbed down from roof and walked inside. Everyone was still asleep. She decided to go back outside and make a small fire in case they needed one, grabbing some matches from a desk and heading out. After a few minutes of prep she quickly started one, fist pumping triumphantly at the success.

Lisa rubbed her eyes and got to her feet, her back tinged a little from how she'd been sleeping. her eyes drew to the fire that had been started outside. She stepped outside with some confusion; seeing Adries and greeting her before going to look for the bathroom. She washed her face to wake herself up a little, dismayed at the light bruise that was on the side of her face before going out to meet her.
"Morning. Been up long?"

"Only for a bit. Imagine my surprise when I realized I was the first person up," Adries responded, poking the wood with a small stick she had, "I don't know what we'll be eating, but I wished they'd hurry up and wake up." She decided to throw a few rocks at the APC, satisfied when she heard someone yelling inside.

"Fuck! Holy hell that made my dream worse," Alan said, clutching his chest and looking over at the glaring Dewey and the yawning Jacobs.
"What a way to wake up am I right?" Jacobs asked with a chuckle, getting Dewey's glare directed at him, "Um, well I guess we'll get up now. I'll grab that box of food." Alan nodded handing it to him then climbing out of the vehicle. He was initially worried when he smelled the fire, but he calmed down when he realized it was one made by his sister and Lisa.

"Adries, was that really called for? G'morning boys. Sleep well? Any supplies we can use to make breakfast?" Lisa asked with a small chuckle, warming her hands against the fire then standing up straight.
