"I'm doing okay. Just as long as I don't look down...or think about. Which I'm doing right now. Crap," Adries said as she climbed onto the bridge, making sure to not look down. "It looks like a nice view," Adries said, straightening herself up before heading over to the train.
"Make our way from the back to the front?" she asked Adries, looking through the back window, noticing that everything was still quite intact.

"That's fine with me. Um. Damn, At least Ladies first can't apply here, can it?" Lisa followed, moving towards the final carriage and looking through the open door. She put a foot in and pulled herself on.
"Hey, It looks quiet. There's some blood as usual, but nothing alive...dead...whatever." She added, grabbing her pistol and looking around a little.

"Well that's good," Adries said as she followed Lisa in. She moved towards the next cabin, looking through the window for any zombies.
"Nothing. This is pretty good. It makes sense that there wouldn't be any zombies though. I'd doubt they'd of stayed here for long. Boy, it just hit me how long all this has been going on for," Adries said, opening the door and continuing through.

"Now that you mention it...It's been a long time hasn't it? Even though most days seemed to merge together, this has gone on way too long. And we're still going. Heh, I don't know whether to be proud or sad." Lisa thought aloud, looking at a map on a nearby wall, tracing the stations with her finger, looking to the automated sign that normally read the next destination but instead flashed the words 'EMERGENCY STOP'.
"Any idea, where we'd be?"

"Err....no. From the map at the station, we're in the forest so..." Adries started, pointing to the general area they'd be in on the map.
"I don't see a bridge on it, but then again it's just tracks...I guess here," Adries said, pointing to a small area in the middle of the forest, "Funny that this is a passenger train eh? Normally only freight trains would be out this far. Maybe it was an escape train or something..."

"They must've been working out plans to get people shipped out before the military was called in. Might've starting using Freight trains to move people out as well. They were losing people and had to work quickly after all." Lisa thought, moving away from the map and walking more slowly towards the next. She opened the door and tripped over something.
"Ow!"
She sat up a little, realizing it was a catering trolley.

"Yeah, you're probably righ- hey...maybe there is some good food here. Actual good food, not the crappy stuff we're fed," Adries said, looking around and picking up the the trolley. She looked inside, only for there to be moldy, old food.
"Sick. Maybe we'll find something....fresher."

"They have to keep the food somewhere before they serve it, right? Hell, There might be some other useful stuff around that the passengers left behind too. Who knows? All I know is that I'll be happy if we find something to replace those MREs. Ugh, I don't know how they can eat them so happily..." Lisa replied, picking up a bag then dropping it after realizing something slimy was on it.
"Yeuch. Next carriage."

"Because they're used to them," Adries said, following Lisa through. She noticed a lot of baggage and started going through them, tossing most of the stuff to the side. "Nice jacket, think I'll keep that," she said to herself, putting on a leather jacket she found, "You know, there is a lot of money in most of these bags...kinda sad we won't be using it again."

"Well, In who knows how much time, when money does become valuable again, we'll come back or something, heh. Jacket looks good by the way." Lisa commented as she looked through a few bags looking for something of interest. She didn't find anything in particular. She felt kind of bad going through the belongings left behind by those who fled for some reason. She stood up straight and looked along the walkway.

"Yeah, maybe. Alright, idea time. I think that this would be a good place to hold up. Like, if something happens at the station. Most people wouldn't notice it...and maybe we can get it started again! Then we can make it a mobile base," Adries said excitedly, her mind running with ideas.

"Sounds like a plan. Shall we go see what's up with this piece of junk then?" Lisa asked, starting to walk towards the next carriage. She caught sight of a compartment to the side of the door. She tried to open it but found it was locked. She frowned but saw it as a chance to practice the lockpicking again.
"We can come back to that. Might be something interesting."

"Sounds good," Adries replied, continuing through the compartments and checking for anything interesting. She opened a compartment door and looked inside, "Hell yes, I think we found the food storage." Adries looked around, checking inside some cabinets and noting where the non-perishables were.

"Ah, I knew this was a good idea." Lisa said happily, picking up a packet of peanuts and looking at it.
"Well at least we have something to bring back. Right? We'll live off these for a while and soldiers can stick MREs." She half-joked, putting the packet back with the rest.

"Excellent," Adries cackled evilly, continuing over to a fridge that she opened, "Bad news is that it's not working, so most of the food is bad. The good news is that we might be able tu turn the power back on and be able to use it then."

"Hmm. Question is, where would the power be located? Think the electrical control would be in conductor's carriage?" She asked, starting to carry on slowly.

((Sorry that I'm not replying super much. Everything had to be moved out of the kitchen for construction of it to begin, and there is a lot of packing going on. Hopefully this will end relatively soon. ))

"Probably in the front. I mean, I wouldn't know. I don't understand trains or anything," Adries replied as she followed Lisa. They managed their way to the front of the train. Adries tried to open the door, cursing when she realized it was jammed.
"Well...I guess we can go through a window or something..."

((Oh, no problem :D))

"Typical." Lisa muttered before going towards the open emergency exit not too far away and getting off with Adries following. She walked to the very front of the train. She noticed that there was a side door, probably for easier access for the conductor. She tried to open it, finding it locked. She frowned, going to the side of the tracks and gathering a few rocks; pelting them at the side window.
"Now one of us climbs in and unlocks the side door." She explained, dropping the rest of the rocks and walking towards the door.

"Well I guess since you're not doing and you mentioned it I'll go," Adries said with a sigh as she climbed through the window, having to wiggle her way through. She got through and looked at the door. She flipped the lock and opened it, brushing herself off before looking around.
"No one. Huh, little odd but nothing new," she muttered.

"Thanks." Lisa said as she brushed most of the glass out of the room with her boot and entered. She looked around, taking a seat on the conductors chair in front of a number of controls. She looked over them, hesitating over some buttons. She looked under the seat for any sign of manual.
"So, I wonder where the big red button marked 'Go' is?"
