Jack's face immediately sealed the wounds. Jack allowed his full strength to take over as he grabbed JD's arm and ran his own elongated nails through his stomach and drove them up through his chest. Leaving five gashes through JD's stomach and out his back leading from waist to throat. He crushed JD's throat with a punch as he threw him across the yard, before going into a low fighting stance.

"Attack again and I will rip that arm off of you while you are helpless to do anything about it." Jack prepared to have JD seize should he charge him again. He learned from the tazer that while the nerves did not react, the muscles of the zombies were still responsive to electrical signals. If he told JD's brain to have a seizure, he would.

The wounds inflicted upon JD healed themselves, but the pain was too great. He was starting to fade in and out. He came unprepared to a fight, and was now paying for it. He barely had enough strength to stand and couldn't even see.

"We'll continue this later..." JD said weakly before fainting.

It was over. Jack had won. JD had lost. Dammit.

Jack immediately had JD's mind disabled. He would be paralyzed from the neck down for the time being. He did not like having to do it, but it needed to be done if his plan was to work. He called out to the survivors in the train.

"Drop your weapons and come out now. I do not wish to kill any of you, but should you force my hand like JD here..." He pointed to JD's unconscious body."I will show you the same amount of mercy. Surrender now!"

Jacobs and Dewey exchanged glances before walking out nervously, not really sure what would happen now.
?Let?s hope this was all worth it,? Jacobs thought, looking at infected surrounding them, a feeling of hopelessness overtaking him.

Carver was already heading towards the back of the train. He hadnt bothered to check to see if there was an engine on the opposite end. If so he was getting out of here with anybody still on the train.

Jack had zombies clear out the train while the others watched on. All weapons were confiscated, as were all helmets and body armor. All of the survivors were left with nothing but the clothes on their backs. He had the horde form one line on each side of the group, with the Slagger leading the column around the survivors and Jack and the scorcher heading up the rear, with more of the horde behind them. JD was still paralyzed and was being carried by a few of the leapers with the group. Jack spoke to the group as he had the group of survivors walk towards the city.

"So, Jacobs and Dewey, was it? Did Lisa ever tell you of our deal, or did they say nothing of it? I can't help but wonder this, they did have a penchant for hiding things. I wonder if they left you in the dark, or at least let you know of the whole situation." he asked the two soldiers.

"Well, I know it. I was there I for it...I think," Jacobs replied after a few seconds of thinking.
"Don't know anythin' bout it," Dewey replied, looking around nervously and wondering if there is a way out of this.

"Right, my apologies Jacobs. With everything that has happened, that moment seems so long ago. Well Dewey, I had a deal with Lisa where she could save anyone she wished. All she had to do was keep herself and the group out of my way and halt any research of the virus. If I felt threatened I could cancel the deal, she could have simply said she wanted every living human to remain alive, and I would have obeyed. Instead, they decide to commit mass genocide of another species, my species to be exact. I know it is what you plan, even if you don't. Why, might I ask? Why must you kill us all, when with a word we could have come to a compromise? Even if you find an antidote, you cannot cure those already infected. All of us who are zombies must die. Six billion zombies must die, so only thousands of humans may live. All because Lisa didn't know the actual power she wielded over me and decided that we deserved to die." Jack said solemnly as he walked along.

"Umm...okay?" Jacobs asked, not prepared for Jack's monologue, "Um...I guess Lisa didn't realize how much power she had or something? Why are you asking us this?"

"Well you are one of those thousands. I was looking for the human perspective of why we must now die. I could understand when the zombies were little more than feral dogs, but I have the ability to bring them back to sentience in time. I control them and could easily have them leave and we could live in peace. I just don't understand why you see fit to commit genocide, and it is what you do. We must fight merely to survive. So while I might be able to focus on bringing my species back to close to their former states. I need to focus all my energy on simply ensuring the survival of my species. I just don't understand. It accomplishes nothing. Even if you do kill us all, you are still few, spread out, and have no way of contacting each other." Jack explained.

"You guys are like, dead and shit," Dewey replied after some silence.
"Yeah! And it'd be too complicated to live with zombies...and stuff," Jacobs added, doing absolutely nothing for the cause as he tried to rationalize things in his head.

"We are dead, this is true. We think and speak and that does not make us at least somewhat similar? We needn't even live on the same hemisphere. The smaller population of humans might control the west, while my zombies control the east. We infected of course, require more space as we make up the vast majority of the population of what was once human, but even our enhanced senses would not be able to track you from across an ocean. Though it seems you humans will never accept this, and so to preserve ourselves, we must fight you. It will be the last act of violence ever had by those who hold human form. The infected are all under my banner, except for JD, and that is his choice.

When humanity is gone, the world might finally know peace. The horde is more than a collective of zombies under my control. If I could give them back their humanity, they would be humans without everything that causes suffering. They would work together for the betterment of all. I could collect and disseminate to the masses all the world's knowledge. Everyone a scientist, engineer, philosopher, artist, and all around renaissance man. All of them with all of that knowledge could do literally anything. No challenge would be too great, and no threat too large for our combined force. I fight you humans not for myself, but for my species. I see a brighter future as a zombie than I ever saw as a human." he continued.

((Alright guys, it?s time we?ve laid some ground rules. Now, I know that this isn?t an ultra realistic zombie story, but I still believe that we should keep some basic principles about them.

Zombies. Are. Dead. There, I said it! They are no longer a living, breathing animal. They are a mindless vessel, a husk; who has no purpose other than to eat living things (particularly humans). And they only follow this course because they are running off the bare basic instincts of survival. Blood does not flow through them, once they are turned it no longer flows but simply congeals (ew) and stays in them. They do not think, they do not communicate other than with moans (that only signify that there is something tasty around), they do not remember, and they certainly cannot perform anything more than the most basic of functions.

But then we get to the special infected. Now, I know that we haven?t really gone into them much and they were only really there to be boss battles, but now we have two characters that are SI. So, SI are zombies which mean they are dead. Same basic principle as a zombie. We have allowed them slightly higher brain functioning (with some having higher or lower depending), and even weird little powers. But they are still zombies. They still have to be within reason.

Now, we needed a bad guy so I was alright with Jack becoming one. But as of now he seems to be basically god personified. There seems to be no reasonable way to defeat him unless we toss any realism we?ve still got aside and have the survivors morph into Voltron or something! I mean, I?ve still got some plans to defeat him, but with the way things are going it just doesn?t seem like there is any way to defeat him.

JD is less of a problem but there are still a few things that I have issues with. One is that I have no clue what the hell kind of special infected he is. I?m not even sure if he is completely one yet (which would mean he?d be dead), but that?s not too big of a deal. The other problem is the weird ass powers he?s getting. Now, I know you?re the leader of this Pm0n3y, but just don?t let your character get too ridiculous.

Now, I could just be bitching because things haven?t been going super well, but I like to think that I?m just trying to make this roleplay fun for all. It certainly has been a crazy ride from its modest beginnings.

Ps. Pretty much anything dies if it gets shot in the head. Including zombies (and SI).
Pps. Unless you?re a videogame character. They seem to be able to take headshots pretty well. ))

Dont worry bout carver he isnt with the group

Carver had gotten out of the train and into a side tunnel before the Zombies could sweep it. He had to take a rather unpleasant route through the sewer tunnels. As he emerged several miles away, he realized he was back in his old neighborhood.

As the one lone figure stalked through the streets, he realized what a ghost town it had become. All the infected were gone. Obviously it would be void of human life as well. Readjusting his Detroit Ball Cap, he tried to think of a safe spot to recuperate. The city wasnt safe and Jack knew by now that he was not amongst prisoners.

((Alright, I'm gonna hold up for a moment until everything is settled with Tsa and anyone else. I have to agree with her, and I'm not about to continue the story until these problems gain a little reconciliation. I'm not going to write the very drawn out message to Tsa, but suffice it to say I'm probably going to be doing a lot of edits and not a whole lot of new posts for a while. I'm glad someone said what at least I was thinking in the back of my mind, but damn me for my plot OCD.))

Once again, eyes open. As usual, they were JD's. But he couldn't move. He was helpless. Defenseless. Paralyzed. The best he could do was look around, maybe talk. He open his mouth, and quickly formed words.

"W-where are you taking us?" He said weakly as the leapers dragged him through the mud.

Jacobs and Dewey just looked at each other, not really sure how to reply. They decided to stick with the silent treatment for now until they could think of anything better.

"So," Adries said boredly as the train continued on, "The sun is rising..."
"Glad to hear that that still happens," Alan replied, taking a break from shoveling.

"At least some things are the same." Lisa smiled tiredly.
She'd kept in control of the train diligently, making sure that everything was fine, paranoid was more the word.

"I will be taking you all to the former police HQ. You will be placed in a cell and left with guards after I have had my zombies search you for weapons once more. We have most of them confiscated already, but I will not underestimate you. You will be cared for until I have either decided what shall happen to you long term or until Alan is dead. At which point you will be given the choice of infection, or I will give you the same deal I once gave Lisa. I figure this is fair enough for the time being, considering what I could do to all of you instead." Jack said
