Hells yeah. I vote to be able to kill any NPC in the game. That would certainly up the re-play value on a lot of games (even though I'm sure it would triple the dev time.) That the thing, though. I would want the NPC's death to matter. Not just "wow this person is dead, loot thier pockets".
