This was done to balance the game, and give people not quickscoping a chance, not to unbalance it. Think about it properly. And you say that sniping is worthless in the thread title, then go on to say that quickscoping is worthless, so your argument isn't even consistent.

I tend to find that it's considerably harder to be 'good' on a lot of games. Fable II, for example. You have to track down so many quests to be good, and then it can all slide away if you happen to kill a civilian or two, who was pissing you off :P
