Well, I read the manga,(I have not watched the anime), more for the jigsaw puzzle plot and the mystery than for the action and drama. What I really hate is the fact that before the anime came out nobody gives a damn about the manga, but when the anime comes out, everyone loses their mind over...

If you really want to, read the original manga instead. It is infinity better (despite rougher artwork)and it has lots of trivia information regarding the world itself. Here is a link for the manga.

Hello dwellers of the forum, I would like to ask if I should pre-order Dead island: Riptide. Is it worth a try? Even if just to get dead-island for free? Or Should I just get Metro Last Light instead,(I have the first game though), to finish the story as a whole?

For me, it's Final Fantasy VIII and Red Alert 2. These 2 games have practically been my childhood (with Red Alert being the first game i ever played, been in love with RTS since).

Try X-2, if you can look past the critisism thrown at it it's a pretty good game with a solid combat and job system. Then you can try II and III both in my opinion is still good even after the test of time.

True dat, but in terms of being a warmachine, it might make more sense for it to be used in urban combat where heavy machineries like tanks and helicopters can't manuveur well. Also, now we just need someone to invent the minovsky particles and we will be all set for 'mecha'nised warfare!

My opinion? The Final Fantasy franchise is as good as it always has been for me. The ones I played (1,2,3,4,6,7,8,10,12)are all excellent games in their own rights, even story wise. Also, the story since 8 and onwards are excellent in my opinion (and 10 & 10-2's story links up very well).

They weren't called Cult followings and Broken base for nothing.

In my opinion, things are getting better. As such, I'm not disappointed at SquareEnix.... To me, the FF franchise is getting better each time (Hey, at least they try coming up with something different with each release right?).
