I second this. Any weapon that allows you to blow off an enemy's head/torso/whatever and simultaneously cleave through them is in its own class of badassery.

Hmm, flood a large area, then build a huge obelisk coming out of the water(just because it looks cool with fog on). Then, start digging down from the top of it and begin to build your underground lair. P.S. also use water ladders for fast up and down transport

Walking into my house I only take them off if they're muddy, but I usually take them off once I get to my room unless I'm going to be back out within like 30 minutes or so. And people rarely ask me to take off my shoes at their place. Also, I can't do just socks. It's either bare feet or shoes.
