I'm fairly certain that on most torrent websites, there's a disclaimer saying "Users should be downloading this content for data back-up purposes only." Or something among those lines. Therefore if you own the content, Torrenting the same product should be ok.

Try returning it where you bought it. If they don't have another Hero edition, you should be able to pick up a regular edition at a reduced price, and they may throw in a different card for the added DLC for free (that one's up to the retailer though)

I'd go with MtG as there's more strategic thinking involved, however the one thing I don't like about it is that during tournamnets, there are so many "Net decks" that it made players like myself (that think of their own deck) question why they play the game anymore

Well a Samurai Warriors 3 game is expected, but before posting this, I checked out Koei's website and there's nothing about it on there, so it's probably going to be a while before it gets released

I would've liked for him to review a Dynasty Warriors/Samurai Warriors/Warriors Orochi game, but I doubt that's going to happen since I don't think they're releasing a new verison of those anytime soon
