...And I still can't make an interesting thread. I seriously have a problem starting a good thread. I can, however, make an established thread spicier. It's what I do.

What do you do? Can you make a good thread? Do you throw threads off course? Can you make a good argument?

I'm just a terrible writer with no original ideas. But I have 10,000 posts now, so WOOO!

I have an uncanny ability to write long editorial threads that people can magically disagree with without actually reading them.

The text wall knee jerk reaction. I bet they read the title, first line, or last line and think that's the whole of your post.

It's all too easy to do, even if you usually listen to people's opinions. If the thread title is "Final Fantasy sucks", are you really going to read through 500+ words related to that topic?

I'd read in enough to see if he's talking about a specific one, or the series as a whole. Because I will defend 9, but won't defend 8.

Well, I wouldn't defend any of them, to be honest. I'd just ask him to back up his opening statement (Which he would have done in the 500+ words he posted. Wow, I am just not making sense today).

I have loads of thread ideas that I forget about within the hour, and when I actually do try to make it, I can't usually turn the idea into text without some translation errors. I usually get to 3 pages before it dies.

I like to think I make good threads. All of my threads are at the very least original which I seem to get a bit of praise for. I like to carry a conversation in my threads. Responding to comments, and sometimes debating choices.

I keep thinking any thread I make won't last long, or that no one will like what I have to say. That, and a lot of potential threads I wanted to make were already done by someone else. I'm self-conscious like that. But, I'm sure if I can think of something good, I'll make a thread of it.

Well looks like it's time to cut them up buy new slaves and feed the new slaves the old slaves. When they're done tell them they're eating old slaves. That might motivate them to work alittle harder.

I rarely make threads here. I just can't think of anything that would have much discussion in most cases. I am thankful for the non-zombie apocalypse and relationship threads that get made by people though. I'd never have anything to say without them since those 2 turn up way more often than any repeat thread I've seen here.
