I never liked the GLaDOS fact, because I read some where that valve modeled it to look like Bottecelli's Venus, and instead we get that bondage pic.

I knew most of the 1&2 gen pokemon stuff, not the map, though, and the mario bros. That zelda video is what WW should have been (though WW was cute in it's own way.)

GLaDOS went though a phase, in the initial design, based on Venus, but it was scrapped. Eventually they settled on something much more subtle, as well as something that can imply that she's as much a prisoner in the place as Chell is.

That's up for debate, though.

But seriously, you just blew my mind. I never knew Mario was in Ocarina of Time, or that the Star Fox characters were in Majora's Mask, or that Peach had the same voice actor as Zoey and Cortana, or that the dungeons maps spelled out Zelda in the original. Or that GLaDOS is modeled after a woman wearing bondage, for that matter. I did know about SMB3 being a play and Link being in Super Mario RPG though.

....Wait. People don't know this ****? God, the only one I haven't seen is the malon/bowser necklace one. And marill is not the water counterpart to pikachu. That only stemmed from early pictures of marill without a nametag one them. the fan nickname for him at that time was "pikablu". In actual game canon, he has no species relation.
