Not really. When your bored in the military offending people around you for a laugh is a good way to kill time.

Long as it doesn't get you a sexual harrassment suit it's fair game.

One of the furry posters got mad at me for suggesting that Tali had tentacles under her face mask.

He even sent me this little gem as PM.

"You dont have to be able to reproduce in order to have sex! as long as there is a hole you can have sex."

The rest I won't...taint you with.
MY MIND!

IT BURNS!!!

OH GOD! SWEET, UNMERCIFUL GOD!

THAT'S HER EARHOLE FOR GOD'S SAKE!

AAARRRGHGHH!

Seriously, there's teenagers, then there's teenagers who have already gotten laid, and then there's THOSE GUYS

This is the funniest thing I've read in ages. Thanks guys.

Tali would probably die from exposure... unless the conditions were controlled and she was lucky. She can survive a breach, apparently. They have implants to ensure their survival outside of the Flotilla, after all. Her immune system isn't totally gone, just lacking.
I'd still prefer Garrus.

Can't say I've ever understood the hard-ons people get for pixels, but if I was attracted to a game character it wouldn't be that boring, faceless *****.

It amazing the lengths some of the "talimancers" are going through to prove that it IS possible to consummate with a Quarian.

Just be glad there ain't a romance option between Shephard and a female Krogan, in fact, be grateful there's none, be very, VERY grateful.

NOOOOOOOO! Tali is innocent and pure. Besides I like the platonic reliationship she and Sheppard had, he was kindo of like a surrogate father to her.

In retrospect, although I didn't use her as often as the others, I think Tali was one of my favourites. Not because of what she did, not because of her background or anything, but because she seemed like a genuinely nice person. That there's such interest in exploring wider options with the cast is probably just a testament to the game's solid writing.

Speaking from a writing perspective, I think that Tali's condition would make her the most interesting romance option, if we consider romance as 'Someone who you genuinely care for, who brightens your life by simply existing, and who you want to be happy no matter what', rather than 'Someone you just really want to bone all night long because s/he is sexy'. A more relationship between Shepard and Tali culminating in heartfelt words and maybe a gentle hug instead of a bedtime session sounds much more endearing, if not for writing potential over anything else. That and it's still freakin' pixels we're talking about I still doubt the video game media is 'ready' for that kind of relationship just yet, despite Bioware's, well, attempts thus far.

That said, I'm not asking for one. Tali and Shepard are great as they are, and I found Tali's trailer for ME2 to be the most emotional of them.

Who cares about what those wierdos say. It doesn't affect you in the slightest.
Very, very true. The internet is frightening, but that's all it can do to you. Let's not allow some people who can't control their hormones to ruin life for the rest of us. It's worked wonders for me so far.

the space Muslim? I found her not even that effective, let alone sexy. that is really just wrong.
I thought she was a space gypsy- wandering form place to place, believed to increase crime wherever they go.
she has to take a pilgrimage to a special city, Meca for those of the Muslim faith and some space station for her, she has to wear that shroud, thing, and she has a bit of a middle eastern accent, for no explained reason in game and because the religion has one of it's biggest fallowings in the middle east. it's just a theory I have, not saying you're wrong, just putting up evidence. come to think of it, most of those thing are in gypsy culture, so*throws down smoke bomb and runs away*.
What city? She just has to bring back something of value to her people.
Cloggeddonkey has no clue what he is talking about lol. Read Mass Effect: Ascension if you want to learn about the Quarians. They are a nomadic culture and closely resemble that of human gypsies.
god, sorry. I haven't played the game since about the middle of last year and I haven't read the books. I remembered that she had to go on a pilgrimage to do this or that, I thought that she said. the shroud was on top of her head and not connected to the mask that she wears, it reminded me of the Berqa that Muslim women wear as part of their religion. sorry for not being a raving fanboy.

It is highly likely that most of them are young/middle teens and therefore want to screw anything with a hole and a pulse. Also the whole can't see a single piece of her flesh is enticing to some.

While I understand why people want to, "romance" Tali I don't really care if it's included or not because as I've said before, I see her more as a firend than as somebody I want to "sex up".

These are probably the same people who, during DA:O, cranked those lights down low and set the controller down for "other reasons" when they bedded Morrigan/Leliana.

They're teenagers. Frankly, I'd be more shocked if they didn't immediately objectify the heroine.
Anyone who did 'other things' to the sex scene in DA:O should see a doctor on getting their sperm levels checked. Seriously, it was pathetic.
