Focus your rage on a game like Heavy Rain that was meant to be all high-brow and clever but still resorted to having a lady gyrating in her panties in the trailer.
Or Red Dead Redemption, whose adult and 'mature' story was at odds with its cliched and borderline racist stereotyping of the Irish, Mexicans and French.

What the Fuck are you bitching about? As someone already stated, it's Mortal Kombat. For someone who's a game designer, you seem to live under a a fairly large rock when it comes to video games. They don't make those games for the amazing story lines. "Toasty?", anyone?

You look mad. See, your post made me think "oh wow what pigs" but after watching the video, you take a lot out of context. I mean, we all know that the females in Mortal Combat are scantily clad. That's just to attract all the sweaty pre-teen boys to the game. The "flesh pits" and "rightful place" are lore-related. It explicitly says that she was created to be a servant of her master, that dark lord guy who was on the throne. It would have been the same if she was a man. Simply created in some place apparently called the flesh pits to fight in the name of her creator.
