Last year a few friends from another message board and I did "International Talk Like an NPC Day" on April 21, and I said to a few of my good-humored customers at the bank, "Walk always in the shadow of Sithis" or "Shadow hide you." when they left the teller window.

Excellent.

Hmm... I have a couple.
All of these are greetings people give you in Oblivion.

"You're a sneaky looking sort."
"Hail, Champion of Cyrodiil!"
"Blessings of Julianos/Akatosh/Stendarr/Mephala/Anu upon ye."

Or just one I originally used, from Starcraft:

"My life for Aiur!"

Let's go old school and say "There is no cow level."

EDIT: you could go older with contra code, but that's too long i think.
I think that 'There is no Cow Level.' wins.

My friends and I were using that little statement that I can't remember from Assassin's Creed, that the Assasasin's say to each other. Something about peace and wellbeing, or something. We only stopped because of the immense study period during Finals week, in which no-one really talks.

Shine Get!

Because Mario is the golden standard. /obviousfangirl
That actually sounds really 'effing good. Walk up to some random person on the street and yell "SHINE GET!" at them. I bet you my lucky dollar - that shines, I might add - that said person will run away flailing arms and screaming.

Then you run after them... that's where the fun begins.

"Look at you Hacker...A pathetic creature of meat and bone, panting and sweating as you run through my corridors. How can you challenge a perfect immortal machine?"

Although simply shortening to "Look at you Hacker..."

Person A: "What kind of bard are you?"

Response: "A spoony one."

It wouldn't come up that often in normal conversation at least.

"Have you seen Dr. Freeman?"
There we go :D
i was going with that and then i realised the insane social weirdness that brings up if someone isn't gamer. it's like saying have you seen a doctor? they may think sometyhing is wrong. so probably change it to "have you seen gordan freeman?"

You left this back at Black Mesa.
I find playing "Still Alive" in the car gets gamers' attention. ^.^ I don't live around a game culture, unfortunately, but I have ways of sniffing them out. :D
yeah i spotted a gamer once because he had still alive as his ringtone. unfortunately we didn't have much time to talk as we were doing some research down at Jervis bay.
