Also, side note, why are people so afraid of the obvious questions?

The Mods really aren't gonna care if you ask about the Dope and Hookers (there've been plenty of threads about it which the mods seem to ignore). I for one would like to know a little more about the regulations of the weed.

drugs are a bit of a gray area in Holland they arent illigeal yet they arent legit if I remeber correctly you need to be 16 to use soft drugs and 18 for hard drugs

Hard drugs as cocaine, LSD, morphine, heroin are strictly forbidden in the Netherlands as in any other country ( except for the use of hard drugs in certain medical treatments ) . So I don't think that age limit would matter.
