Right, now I've got your attention.
This story is not true. They are not changing the words to Baa Baa Black Sheep because of perceived racism. In some places they teach a wide variety of words, including black, white, rainbow, several colours, and different emotions. This is in order to add to the learning value, teaching children different words and rhyme schemes in place of the simple one everyone knows.
The story first came about some time in the 80s, when a local newspaper reported it as part of the 'loony left' administration trying to destroy traditional values, the story got picked up by the Daily Mail, famous for their sensationalist journalism, who turned it into a national story. Once it was proved to be false they dropped it.
It's been revived several times over the years, whenever the Daily Mail thinks the regular news is getting boring or when they think the 'loony left' is in danger of taking over. Sometimes it gets picked up by bigger newspapers like the Times, who print it to a wider audience, but then they do their fact checking and quietly drop the story.
It isn't true. Don't be misinformed. Even typing baa baa rainbow sheep into google autcompletes as 'urban myth' 'myth' 'false' or some other variation of untrue. That's how little you need to do to unravel this. Now please stop yelling loudly about a PC attack which doesn't exist.
