...Yeah, this is annoying. Really annoying. I'm getting the next Xbox and the PS4, and there's no way in hell I'll be able to fork out for the Wii-U as well, and I really wanted to play a Bayonetta sequel. Even if I could, I'm not getting one just so I can play Bayonetta 2.

The first Metal Gear wasn't on the Nintendo 64, but they still made the remake a Gamecube exclusive. The first Perfect Dark wasn't on the Xbox, but they still made Perfect Dark: Zero an Xbox 360 exclusive. All the games in a series don't have to be on one publisher's consoles for a new game to be viable. I'm sure there are many other examples.PunkRex said:
People shouldn't rage at Platinum they just design the games. SEGA is the publisher and is in charge of releasing them. That's why Anarchy Reigns wasn't released in July in NA even though the North American Release was finished. By the way, dick move SEGA.

People aren't annoyed that it's an exclusive. People are annoyed that it's a sequel that's an exclusive. If this was the first game then the reaction would be along the lines of a shrug of the shoulders along with a "Huh, would've liked to try that. Too bad".Midgeamoo said:

Range isn't much of a factor, if a factor at all ... in GOW you have to fight ogres and in ninja gaiden 2 you have to fight big pink demons, both similar size, then there are the fodder which just swarm you ... so range or no range, there is no real difference there. Oh, yeah ... DMC, making an already easy genre easier. Timing of the button presses might be important to people who like score attack games but when you can complete the game just pressing it as fast as you can, this point is kind of worthless.
