XIII, TF2, Borderlands and Timesplitters 2. Amazing art styles.
FINALLY! Someone else who has played the awesomeness that was XIII. A fine game that was.

Silent Hill 2 is like art.
Mirror's edge also has a strong art style.
The MGS kind of has an art style...kinda?

Okami, Rule of Rose, Shadow of the Colossus, and Ico. They're all absolutely beautiful games in all aspects.

Well, games that are "Art" in my opinion...Well, the Pokemon games are classic, but maybe not "Art". Kingdom Hearts has great music composition, artwork is nice and gameplay is so good. It deserves a place somewhere.

Yeah the usual route of TF2 for visual style, Planescape: Torment for story etc.

Surprised no one said Brutal Legend. Everything in that game just looks so damn awesome.
Chrome Volcanos people!

Killer 7 or No More Heroes, really psychedelic and weird that only a person on LSD or partial positive brain damage or Suda 51 could come up with.

Okami. i really liked that game, it was a refreshing change of direction in a sea of first person shooters.

I'll get shit for this, but frankly I don't care. I was stunned by the visuals of Halo 3, some of the scenes were amazing.

Auditorium [http://www.playauditorium.com/]. I can understand if some of you don't think much of a browser game, but to me it represents a good concept that has been implemented beautifully.

All games are obviously art, but if I had to cite one as a great example of artistry, I would say Golden Sun.
Oh good shout, lost so many hours to that game in school.
There's a download on the PSN for something called Linger In Shadows which is actually described by the manufacturer as interactive digital art and not a game. Its effectively a 7 minute movie that you interact with to find hidden stuff and have nightmares over. A quirky interesting little thing if you fancy wasting a couple of quid
