I dont think that was in this recent 10 years I agree with it still probably being a top 10 game though

MMO- World of Warcraft

Why CSS? You already had Counter Strike 1.6, it was just a visual upgrade. I am not saying that it is a bad game but I dont feel like it is enough to be a nominee. The original Counter Strike for the decade that it was released I would understand, or if the game was more like a sequel and not a remake.

Although I still didnt tried the beta, dont even know what is new in CSS.

I nominate the MGS series (well 2-4 if you want to get picky about the decades, and if I have to pick one I guess it has to be the 4th).

I've been with the series for 12 years and each game has completely blown me away and raised the bar for EVERYTHING else. I just got MGS4 for Christmas with a PS3 and I'm already on my second play through at the moment, it's incredible.

So yeah, I nominate Metal Gear Solid 4.

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic

Too many amazing games to choose from.

Although I have to nominate BioShock 1, it was the perfect game for me, it had an amazing storyline, well thought out characters, it had an amazing atmosphere creating a sense of depression and claustrophobia, it had an amazing plot twist, amazing final boss battle, amazing weapons, amazing plasmids, amazing enemies, and an amazing protagonist. Actually now I think about it BioShock is the only game I could nominate... and now I'm going to go play it because it's been a year since I last played it!

(other games I would have nominated, Batman, Prototype, Jak 3, Sly Cooper (the series), Ratchet and Clank (the first one))

EDIT: I would have also nominated Portal, World of Warcraft, Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood.
