Thing is though, if you allow Minecraft, then you'll have to allow all the other game betas released so far as well. Men of War: Assault Squad had a multiplayer beta earlier this year, but isn't coming out until next year. Does this mean it can be nominated for GotY 2 years in a row?Sixcess said:Myself and the other nearly 900,000 people who've bought the game beg to differ.Cuy said:Now if only Minecraft had actually been released, which it hasn't been...Sixcess said:Minecraft.
Technically it's in beta, but if Notch called it done tomorrow and put it on Steam it would still be the game of the decade, so it still gets my nomination.
Yeah, on the one hand it's too flawed to be the best of the decade, but when I look at all the other deeply flawed games getting nominated, this could actually stand a chance of being the best thing out there.Dfskelleton said:2. SIlent Hill 2. Funny, Yahtzee likes this too. The gameplay is a little meh, but the story and atmosphere are so great that I've played it through about 8 times. AND IT DOESN'T GET OLD. Plus, we wouldn't have Pyramid Head. Hw can you say no to this face?
