I'll go with the Halo soundtrack (I love it).

Everything from 40 seconds on wards is what you hear everytime you use the large guy, and brings a tear to my eye everytime I hear it.

My vote goes to Escape From Monkey Island, and the series as a whole.

No other soundtrack's vibe meshed up as well with the gaming as Vice city did, to me anyway. Listening to "Kids of America" while fleeing down the roads with an army of cop cars chasing you in the miami sun was and still is one of my favourite moments in gaming.
