Weirdly enough Grandia 2 for sheer entertainment. Play a lot more JRPG and strategic RPGs than any other type of game.
Out of the non JRPG games probably Oblivion (haven't played many in all fairness)

I only ever played Mrrowind once but I loved every second of it. Lost my save game though :( Fallout 3 I liked, both KOTOR games, Mass Effect.

Hated Oblivion, took me a while to realise it but it was just too bland.

Hated The Witcher ever more. It was like a single player MMO. Boring.

I'm suffering from a lack of RPGs to buy, might try one of the Stalker games.

Ultima IV: Quest Of The Avatar. It didn't exactly follow RPG rules, there was no grand evil to defeat. Your purpose was to be a spiritual leader of the people by attaining enlightenment in the games 8 virtues. Killing innocents, looting everything not nailed down, running away from combat etc etc (normal RPG activities) count against you in your quest. I was totally failing at the game when I was a child lol.

Fallout3 gets my love for it's fighting.

Oblivion just sucks me in.

Mass Effect has an amazing story.

Final Fantasy 10, I really like that story.

Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne/Lucifer's Call. Punishing and incredibly rewarding, backed by a great story that doesn't drag its feet and gets to the point.

Tales of Symphonia, I just love this game. I would kidnap Lloyd and keep him as a pet. Yes. Yes I would.
Grandia 3...at the times where I don't feel 5 years old for the dialogue..

I'm going to have to go with a classic. Lufia and the fortress of darkness FTW!

I used to have a GBA game entitled Riviera: the promised land. It had one of the best stories id ever seen in a videogame. I really miss it. too bad I sold my gameboy. -_-

Golden Sun TLA and despite being punishingly difficult and cruel along with the fact that Roy isn't very powerful until promotion, Fire Emblem 6: Sword of Seals, has kept me occupied for several months so far.
