OT:
Games: Beyond Good and Evil, Freedom Fighters and American McGee's Alice.
I'd love to play Beyond Good And Evil, is it any good? And I've got American McGee's Alice, one of my favourite games (though to be fair I've always liked looking at the twisted, darker side of fairytales and children's stories ;D). And I played Freedom Fighters after a friend lent it me, also a very good game and one that I need to get myself. I really wish they'd hurry up and do the sequel they've been talking about for years...
It's a great game Beyond Good and Evil, I haven't found any game like it, at least on the PC. It has great controls, it's stealth mechanics are well implemented and the side missions-minigames are fun. The graphics have an art style that still is good to look, the soundtrack is amazing (one of my favorites) and overall I give it a near perfect 9.5 out of 10.
Oh, and now that we are on games, there is another one that I
strongly recommend is an indie PC exclusive game released in 2009 called:
[HEADING=1]The Void[/HEADING]
Best.Game.Ever.Made.
And I am serious about it, perfect atmosphere, excellent story, innovative and unique although kinda confusing game mechanics, symbolism and overall
the perfect game ever made. I strongly recommend it to anyone. Just note that it's
very hard, maybe as hard as Demon's Souls, but a little more forgiving at the start. And it's
the only game I seriously call an art game. Truly unique. I recommend you check it out now. And maybe Pathologic, made by the same creators, as well, but it has some issues that The Void doesn't has.
