I used to say Dude whenever i forgot someones name, which i do often but after watching TBL i'm quite fond of calling people El Duderino. I only use "Bro" when i am being sarcy about something, like "Nice try bro!" for when someone totally fails at something.

As for man, don't think i ever use that one.

I grew up watching TMNT, so I say dude a lot. I say bro when being combative.

I use the words dude and man consistently, but dude crops up primarily in sentences where it ends up being the ONLY word in that particular sentence. It usually emphasizes the tone of a reaction, with impressed or surprised being a short louder "DUDE!" which often means "Dude, that's awesome!" while if sympathetic or bummed out I'll use a longer "Duuude..." which is to say "That's rough dude." I started using bro ironically because I grew my blonde hair out longer and people started saying I looked like a surfer, and it was really forced at first, but now I use it all the time, just about always with other guys though, and even then almost always friends. The word buddy, I use only when talking to children I like, usually my only male cousin, and it goes sort of along the lines of "Hey what's up little buddy!" I've also taken to using the work "Killer." as a descriptive word meaning cool, or badass. Maybe I'm turning into a surfer, as a Canadian, I doubt it, but I sure talk the talk

I day dude more often than I should, but I like it as a word. So it's okay. Dude.

I'm also fairly liberal with my use of man, bro, etc. Word sometimes steals its way into my lexicon, but not too regularly.

I'm the kind of dude who starts a conversation with yo.

Well, I say "yo, dude" in a joking way, or "...duuuuuude..." when I think someone's said something stupid, but I don't say it too often, it's not really a word I like to use. Also, "bro" and "man" aren't really...well, I don't like them, and that's that.
I mostly call people "fool", which isn't nice, but once I start saying it as a joke I keep it as an actual nickname for people.
Also, seeing as I'm a scouser, I've started taking the piss out of people with the same accent, by calling them "ming", which is...embarrassing, to say the least. Some of the words people use these days, though, my god...
