You get both by pre-ordering. The deluxe edition features the shirt, boxers, and box while pre-ordering automatically nets you the cd and artbook.

The page seems to suggest only Amazon.com and .ca have the deluxe edition, though. I checked it on Amazon and "Currently, item can be shipped only within the U.S. and to APO/FPO addresses."

Not quite sure why, could be so US customers get more time to order the deluxe editions. VGP and Gamestop should still ship ordinary editions with the artbook and CD, so I don't mind this result.

I am completely wrong, VGP has both now. Nevermind.

Don't put too much stock into rumors like that. Someone had an 'official statement' that it wouldn't be localized at all just a few days before the localization was announced.

Atlus USA can't bring it to Europe on their own since they're an American company with no European division, so you'll have to wait for someone like Square-Enix, Koei or Ghostlight to bring it to the PAL regions. Usually takes a few months after the US release.

I wish they would release a special edition where you got to choose which extras you wanted, and be able to pay accordingly. Because I want the artbook and soundtrack, as well as the boxers and shirt (What? They make great pj's), but I'm not so keen on the pillow. And I don't even want to know about the pizza box. I may just get the preorder version and buy the shirt somewhere else.

Edit: Nevermind, I'm and idiot. You get it all when you preorder. I'm still iffy about that pillow.

I do not see the point in games like this because you can easily do/experience everything within these games just by living a life and talking to people. Having things like underwear just makes you question who is this game aimed at?

Can you climb monoliths while being followed by monstrous creatures?

Are there any monoliths on those extras or is that just marketing to the sexually frustrated? That is my point. A game, from how it is being advertised, revolves around sex, is some what pointless as you could just go out and get a girl, unless of course you can not which would be peculiar as what type of person can not talk and find a girl?

yes you can because it's in a dream. however you wouldn't be in any real danger unless you had some weird heart condition or something. so. yeah you can do everything in here. not that it's gonna stop me from playing it.

I was gonna say "WTF Japan" because I thought they meant women's underwear, which would be very creepy. But then I found out it was men's, so I'm like "OK, whatev's". But now I'm all like "Wait, it's cool for it to be men's underwear, but not women's? Is that sexist? What is wrong with me?"
