I never really had a problem using them in fact they were some of the strongest characters I had, you must have been doing something wrong or hate characters that are humanistic and caring

ANDEEEEEEEEEEEEEERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FUCK YOU FUCK YOU FUCK YOU

He's whiny, he's woebegotten ALL THE TIME. "Oh wah, I ate a ghost and now I am crazy, boo hoo..." It tell him to suck it up but he'd just blow the whole gorram city up again.

Go **** yourself, Anders. No one likes you.
LOL! "Go **** yourself"? That had the most unintentional humor out of any comment ever.

OT: Jack from Mass Effect 2. She keeps trying to portray herself as this badass *****, but she is just annoying. She keeps thinking that she was the one who had it the hardest in that Cerberus facility even though immediately as soon as I saw the first terminal I knew exactly what happened there.

The other children were used as guinea pigs and whatever method of torture worked would be used on her and what didn't work was not used on her that way she would be perfect while the other kids suffered worse abuses to make sure she was as powerful as they could make her. Yet she kept thinking that she was the one who had the worst and kept saying that she was the one who broke out and all that shit.

Then throughout the rest of the game she kept up with the attitude because no one ever loved her and everyone just kept taking advantage of her and hurting her, even though most of the reason why people hate her is because she gives everyone a bitchy attitude. It's like Kobe Bryant and Ben Rothlisburger walking into a self help group for rape victims and saying, "I just don't get it, why do they hate us so much?"

*clears throat and stacks papers*..........FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUCK YYYYYYYYYYYOOOOOOOOOOOU!He is a sexist ass-pirate who enslaves motherfuckin KIDS!The ass never lifts a finger and dosen't ever do a damn thing! Why the FUCK isn't Lanius the leader?!He actually does a fuckin thing and when is last fuckhole sidekick Joshou screwed up once THE FUCKER ROASTED HIM AND THREW HIM IN A CANYON!Every fucking day he tries to come up with a half assed excuse to kill you!Caesar.Do the world a favor and GOOOOOOOOOOO FFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUCK YOOOOOOOOOOURSELF!
Doesn't lift a finger you say? I don't know where to start on that one...

Caesar is the ideological leader of Caesar's Legion , he started the whole thing out of the idea that re-creating the old Roman Empire while getting rid of its flaws would be best for the Mojave and America in general. While working with the Followers Caesar (known as Edward at the time) went to various tribes around Arizona to educate them and ally with them. However, he soon realised that many of them were hostile and war-mongering, they were constantly fighting with each other and then he realised that the current status the world was in needed to change. Thus after being captured by the Blackfoot tribe he realised they were at war with other tribes, so to spare him he taught the Blackfoots about firearms, how to operate them and military tactics he learnt from reading books about the Roman Empire.

Edward then became Caesar and Joshua became the Malpais Legate and they continued to conquer tribes throughout Arizona, New Mexico and Colorado and eventually conquered 86 tribes and most of surrounding area in a short time, either through diplomacy or war.

Joshua didn't just screw up once, he screwed up big time, he was responsible for the first major loss of the Legion and cost the Legion dearly, Caesar had him "killed" as an example to everyone else what happens when you fail him.

Legate Lanius on the other hand would make a horrible leader of Caesar's Legion, he is incapable of political affairs and under his command the Legion would fall apart and crumble. Even Caesar and Vulpes themselves think Lanius would be a bad leader, but he is a useful companion. Lanius may care greatly for his troops, but he does not care much for the ideals of the Legion.

Also Lanius is much more brutal than Caesar is, as exidenced by the ending slideshows which change depending on who is currently the leader at the time.

Lt. Blake from Heavy Rain. Probably the biggest douchebag I've ever seen in a videogame. But, on the other hand, I don't play as many games as I used to.

I disliked a good portion of the DA2 cast. Whoever wrote those characters needs to take lessons from the Mass Effect series people.

I especially disliked Merrill and the pissy elf with the lyrium veins. I guess I just hate elves, lol. I liked Zevran in DA:O though.

Anders also sucked. Why do half the characters have to be so whiny? I wanted Hawke to say, "You're all supporting protagonists in a Bioware game. Be grateful!" or something...

There is no suffering too great to inflict upon Sgt. Rico "Unlikable gangsta prick with the same tactical expertise as a cold bagle" Velasquez from the Killzone series: I will see him burn in agony!

Dolores Umbridge from Harry Potter.

I. Hate. That. *****.

My hate for her isn't illogical, but it's certainly unbridled and passionate.

Rochelle from Left 4 Dead 2. Compared to the other survivors she is BLAAAAND.

And she's ALWAYS ALWAYS stealing my special infected kills when I'm doing single player. That's why if she's incapacitated at all, I refuse to help, even at the finale.

Bella Swan has got to be the worst character in anything ever, although admittedly, it's not really an "illogical hatred".

I supposed if I had to pick someone I just dislike for no real reason it'd be Garrus. Guy just really seems to be trying too hard to be an anti-hero at times, especially when he's ARCHANGEL (said in Christain Bale a'la Dark Knight's voice) in ME2. That in mind, there are others who pull it off, so I suppose this could count a bit as an illogical hatred.

I found that yes, they were two of the most powerful people in the game, but they shouldn't have been. I've NEVER played a Fire Emblem game where I found a Light Mage to be at all nessessary to my team, and I hate using team space on Thieves unless there are chests I need to unlock. The game made me waste space on my team on a class I find useless, and prodded me into using a class I find has only situational uses. It didn't allow me to strategize and pick who I wanted. That's why I can't stand them. And I know that other Fire Emblem games also do the same thing, but at least Paladins have versatility in their weapons and overall function, and at least Lords can typically substitute for classes like Myrmidons. Michaiah just hogs a team space even though her job is easily already being done by the Mage and Bishop I need on the team. And no, I don't hate humanitarians. I thought Macaiah was a complete Mary Sue and that Sothe barely had much personality beyond "I must protect Macaiah, oh and p.s. I love Ike."

Welp, I guess lets start with my list of Bioware hates

Miranda Lawson - most everyone's complaints about her have already been shared. So yea, my first ME playthrough she died, and I didn't really care.

Bastila Shan - from KOTOR - shes like Miranda except with the extra
"oh by the by we brain washed you into thinking you are a loyal republic grunt but you're really a sith lord"
jedi crap.

Anomen Delryn - Baldurs Gate 2 - hated his guts - stupid wanna be paladin. Also much loathing over the fact that he was the only LI for a female character. So annoying, so spineless.

and the none bioware

Desmond - Assassin's Creed - I hate him, so bland, there is nothing to him. I found the parts between missions where they made you walk around the two rooms of the facility such a chore.

Talim from Soul Calibur, Superman, Everybody from Outlaw Star, especially Aisha Klan-Klan (but excluding Suzuka), Michael Cera's Scott Pilgrim, Edward and Bella (no surprise there), Kirby (only in Super Smash Brothers), Chocobos, Cyclops from X-men, Hank Hill, and Rinoa from FFVIII.
