Em gave Alo a condescending glare.
"That's fine. Hammond can you help me carry this guy to a Hospital, I'll explain on the way." She asked, wrapping the severed arm in an old rag to avoid touching it.

She's making you an accomplice to murder! Run while you still can! Get away!

Hammond ignored the screaming alarm bells in his head and went to help Em. He picked up the man by the arms while Em picked the unconscious man up by the legs and both lifted... eventually. The guy was heavier than he looked. Regardless they both went off, attempting to get him away with as little fuss possible.

Magnis followed behind his comrades lugging the unconscious man, struggling to keep the pooer fellow up.

"Why don't I just eat him?"

"'Cause he's unconcious, not dead." Em said, rolling her eyes.

"Anyway, this guy burst into the bar with a gun and tried to rob everyone, so I snuck up on him and beat him. Now I feel kinda guilty." She explained to them both.

He relaxed slightly, glad that he wouldn't be unwittingly incarcerated for this. "Don't worry about it Em. You might have managed to save a few people by stopping this guy. A night in a hospital might do him some good."

"Yeah, I might give him a taste of his own medicine while I'm at it. Ahahaha.. Oh that was bad, now I feel dirty." Em sighed, she was never any good at puns.
Although I'm still gonna nick his wallet.. She thought happily.

Hammond laughed uncomfortably, unsure whether she had truly meant the joke. They continued on in silence, ignoring Magnis' attempts to get a snack, and carried the (mostly) unconscious villain into the local hospital's lobby.

They directed him into a vacant seat and budged him in. "Em, find a doctor or a nurse for this guy. The sooner we get back the sooner we can get to sleep again."

"Okey doke." Em went up to a grumpy looking woman sat behind a table.
"Scuse me, but we really need a doctor, like now! This guy's arm was cut off and he's passed out!" She babbled. The woman sighed and kept writing in a book.
I... how rude. Em thought, she peeked around a corner, and saw a few men standing around, talking.
"Scuse me! My friend lost his arm and passed out! Are any of you doctors?" She asked them.

One of the men looked at Em "You're not pregnant, are you?" He queried

"I... No." Em stared at him, confused. She was almost sure that was an insult.
"Can you just help him please? He's in the Lobby."

The doctor quickly hurried up, looked at the woman sitting behind the table, found a medical text, thumped the book on the table, resulting in a rather loud "bang" which startled the woman out of her wits, then had a gurney rushed over and hefted the man onto said gurney before wheeling him away.

"Whoa whoa whoa." Em chased after the gurney, until they slammed the door in her face. She went back to the lobby, to where Hammond and Magnis were sitting.
"Thanks guys, you can go back to the Inn now if ya like. I'm not sleepy yet." She said with a smile.

Hammond looked to Magnis and then back to Em. "I think it's best to stay together. For safety reasons." You two are easier to keep an eye on that way. Taking my eyes off either of you could end in disaster.

He then pictured both disasters, quickly hoping he hadn't in Magnis' case, and checking his personal items in Em's.

Yes, he appeared to still be sane and all of his belongings remained intact. He counted it as an intellectual victory.

"Uh... yeah. Safety reasons," he repeated, somewhat disjointedly.

"Okey doke, well careful not to fall asleep here, there are some shady characters around." She said, blatantly ignoring the coughing old man in the corner and the mother with the sick child sitting opposite them.
She went back to the corridor and found the room the man had gone in.
"Scuse me?" She knocked on the door.

A doctor poked his head out the door "No visitors." Was all he said before stepping back inside and slamming the door

"Wow... Someone needs to take a break," Hammond commented as Em returned.

"Whatever, we've got him here. That's what counts, right?" He said this hoping that they could go back to the inn, he was slightly worried about the several people who had been staring ever since they came into the hospital.
