Megaman X6,X7 and X8. For me the X series ended in X5, it was a perfect ending to a really great series, then X6 came out and fuck up the entire story and every thing I loved about the X series.
If I recall, I think the original creator wanted the X series to end at X5 and was really upset it got continued.

KotOR II comes to mind. Why, oh why would you invalidate everything I did in the previous game by wiping out the Jedi order that I just saved?!

It's also crappy otherwise and doesn't fit with the original at all, so to me it's not part of the canon.
Actually... KotOR 1/2 are canon-based... Revan was male and a good-sided Grey Jedi, the Exile was famile and a Light-side Jedi.
The point is that I don't consider KotOR II to be canon.

Yup. Technically, the Megaman Zero series is an alternate to X6 and beyond. Anyone who's played 4 will get how.

Episodes 90-95 of the Rurouni Kenshin anime. Although it was kind of a shame they didn't have the Jinchuu arc from the manga, I liked most of the third season's original episodes anyway. But seriously...

FENG. SHUI. Whose idea was this? And whose idea was it to NOT immediately fire them? So Rurouni Kenshin goes right along with Gurren Lagann as one of my two favorite anime. All 89 episodes.

Highlanders 2,3, Endgames, The Source, the cartoon and anything that isn't the first movie, the TV series or the anime movie.
The Novel Dracula the un-dead is NOT the sequel to the classic Dracula

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. You have made my day. XD

Edit: And more on topic...

There was no X-2. FFX ends and makes me get a tissue.

The events in Halo: Reach never happened. That was just a political ploy to make people stop caring about Halo after Bungie was done with it.

There is only A Certain Magical Index with no retcon spin-offs.

Other M does not exist. It cannot exist. I refuse to believe that something that has zero positive qualities can exist.

There are only three Indiana Jones films. This is a fact
I'm really glad Lucas didn't decide to cash in and extend the Star Wars universe in any way, shape or form. Good choice

This made me laugh so hard.

OT: I have never felt this about anything, apart from the new Star Wars movies and the 4th Indiana Jones, but those are just predictable.

I can forgive the prequels, but The Clone Wars is my eyes is definitely non-canon.
Are you talking about the CGI animated movie, or the Samurai Jack cartoon mini-series? Because the latter kicked ass IMO. I've also heard that there are fan-edits of the prequel movies that make them less painfully offensive (no Jar-Jar or Midichlorians) like what they did to Highlander II to get rid of all that Alien bullshit.
Oh god yes, sorry for not clarifying that. The cartoon miniseries was legendary, I saw a video of the full thing where someone linked them all into an hour long film or so and it was great. The CGI animated movie on the other hand was atrocious. I've not seen he fan-edits of the prequels, because whilst they may be regarded as a bit crap now the Phantom Menace and the Attack of the Clones actually got me into Star Wars so I don't mind them so much. (Cut me some slack I was only seven when the Phantom Menace came out! I thought it was the best film ever!!)

I pretend the ending Heath Ledger's last movie (The imaginarium) never happened, in my mind it ended with Heath Ledger going into the mirror to become the fifth soul and a happy ending enmsued with his character being heroicly redeemed.

It would be a much better ending than the one we got.
