Yes I do actually! Question: can cracking your knuckles really lead to arthritis (or however you spell it) later on in life??
Question: Do you read the former posts before you post your own? =P
No. In this thread, people have deconfirmed it. Some do not believe in this. And non has confirmed it[/quote]

Sorry, no I didn't.
But thanks for answering the question anyway!

I crack my knuckles a lot nowadays. Mostly as a tick when I get nervous.
Also, when I'm at Air cadets, and our Warrent stands us at Easy, but tells us not to talk (basically letting us move around, but to stay in position) I always wait until everybody has stopped moving about, and then I crack my knuckles as loudly as possible.
:)

I also crack my elbows, just 'cause I can

Cracking my elbows always feels good. Yay for elbow crackers!

I've cracked my knuckles ever since I started playing guitar.
Same here, except I play bass. Every once in a while when I can't make the stretch in frets, I crack whichever knucles are involved, and I actually find it easier.

Maybe that's just me.

Neck, back, knuckles, at least three times per day. My joints are horrible as it is.. I know I'm accelerating my impending arthritis every time, but it just feels so good at the time.. xD

Not at all. I find the exact same thing. It also loosens up my ring and pinky fingers and makes it a lot easier to accurately and quickly hit those tiny 13+ frets.
