I can move my toes like fingers, pick stuff up and open certain jars and tubs. My feet are quite wide so I can accomplish much in the way of lifting and opening.

EDIT: Just thought of one, I can scratch any part of my back. I can bend both of my arms into any position up my back to scratch any area. A bit pointless in terms of my CV, but useful cos I'll never need a backscratcher! My ex was jealous because he couldn't reach his back at all to scratch it because his arms were quite muscly.
I can pluck every goddamn hair on my body without flinching, which made me a trichotillomaniac, and once even having half of my eyebrows removed (looked cool though), I can crack almost any bone joint imaginable (all finger joints, jaws, neck, back, etc), move my ears back and forth like our ancestors could (pretty neat), and the one I take most "pride" in is being quick and nimble with my legs. I never tried dancing, but what I can do is walk really fast all the time (not much of a 'can do' but more like 'I do it all the time because I'm impatient'), navigate easily and quickly through crowded places, etc. Fun to do, and it all stems from my wild imagination when I was a kid and pretended I have springs on my legs. Some wild imagination.
It's easy to do that with practice. I found out about it on some site. You just have to yawn and then while yawning have your tongue lifted (not too much, and some people do this subconsciously) and dart forward with your tongue (while still yawning). Im an extremely good guesser and I can even most of the time guess what a person is going to say mid conversation, like I can fill in the rest of the sentence for them out loud and we'd basically say the exact same thing, not really a useful talent but its kinda cool.
I can repeat quotes and lyrics after one listen ask me and i can can repeat anything from dragon force songs to whats written on the one ring ..... in elven. I can also dislocate my wrist due to my ulna being longer than my radius ( the 2 bones in your fore arm)
