agreed. i petition the dictionary definition of "epic" be changed to include this song.

Well its Power Metal with many extreme influences, they are often labeled as Melodic Death Metal, but thats incorrect, and this subgenre is often mislabled due to many of the bands switching to Alternative Metal.

But COB is Extreme Power Metal.

It is speed/death-metal with power influences. Power metal has clear vocals, always.
There is no such thing as "melodic death metal". It's a humbug term invented by littel kids to stand out from an overcrowded metal scene.
There is no such thing as extreme power metal either. See above. The definitive characteristic of power metal are clear, high vocals.
To understand what the band's genre is, you have to know what they statred playing and how it has evolved. COB started with pure death metal, slowly adding electonics, keyboards and whiny emo lyrics.
