Ohh, how I hate girls... So arrogant and self-centered! They cry if you get angry, gossip behind your back, they spread nasty lies... They look at me like some... some disgusting THING and say that I'm a weirdo... Laughing at me, all the while! "You like to sew? What a queer!" "Painting is so not you." "But you're a guy..." "You don't act like a guy..." "Why aren't you manly...?" What does it mean to "be a guy"? What does it mean to be "manly"? Girls are so scary...

Men are much better... They'd never say those awful, deggrading things. Yes, I vastly prefer men...

I prefer the company of girls. Well, thats probably because I haven't got a choice on the age group, and I'd prefer to shove a CD up my nose than socialise with Teenage boys. If they aren't talking about Sports, its inventing wildly about the twenty odd girls they had sex with before reaching 13.

Ah, we boys aren't all that bad, I'm guessing your at a school filled with immature guys and sporty people. (Are you a boy or girl? Not an insult, just the name is throwing me off :/)

It really depends, I generally prefer hanging out with both at the same time. I go out with a group of friends, boys and girls, for a meal every month or so. Makes a good night out.

Preface: I am a girl who has always been one of the boys. During basic training I had my mom send me the sports page every week so I could keep up with what was going on...

I always prefer the company of guys. Girls are caddy and too high maintenance. I don't care about makeup, clothes, Paris Hilton, or any of that mess. I care about video games, cars (still waiting for my '69 Hemi Cuda), American football, and NCAA basketball (liked the NBA till I grew up lol.) This isn't to say I don't have "girl friends", I do, they are just like me lol.

Firstly, Im a guy. If I had used my real name you would have been even more confused: Dara in America is a girls name, although it originated here (and/or in India), in Ireland.

And yes, immature as bedamned. If someone slips and falls in our school, everyone simulatiously breaks out laughing at them, rather than making sure they're alright.

I thank heavens that I only have 1 and a bit school years left. But still, it seems an eternity.

I'm sure why ;)

Just kidding, but for me it's the same. Sometimes I think it's natural, but on the other hand - I've got more male friends than female (I think, never counted them actually).

Hehe, well aside from the obvious I'm not sure why. :D

I'm just the opposite, or at least way back in middle and high school I was. Most of my friends were female (about 20 of us hung out, 5 guys and 15ish girls). Nowadays it is a bit more balanced down to 1-1 ratio, but I guess hanging out with a bunch of girls takes me back to the good old days. :D

God that makes me sound old and I'm only 25.

Opposite sex, preferably ... though it really does depend on context. I have mates from back in high school and we talk on subjects that range from the banal to insane ... and they just happen to be male.

That being said, making NEW friends as opposed to the old ones .. I prefer girls because they talk about much more interesting stuff, and are more likely to kick you or punch you if you forget someone's name .... instead of grab you in a headlock when you forget what soccer/AFL/Rugby team you're supposed to root for, or some other unimportant shit <.<

Hee hee, don't you worry :p I know this feeling. It's always when I'm talking about things that have been like 10 years ago. But now that you mention it, yeah, back then when I was ~ 13 to 16 years old, most of my friends were females. Can't tell why, though.

Same sex. Some kinds of guys unnerve/intimidate me, so I prefer the company of women.

I don't know .. it was easier to get cigarettes and booze off girls in High School then it was from guys o.o; That and it was less physical ... hanging around guys in High school meant kicking around balls and playing sport and i'm far too apathetic when it comes to sport to actually want to participate <.<
