The only tension is whether Amy dies
Amy doesn't die, Karen Gillan's contract lasts into 2011.
Well that's an anti-climax to be sure. How do we know Amy's not gunna die? Karen's contract isn't up yet! *sarcasm*. Sorry. But actually, how on Earth is she gunna get out of that one?! She's just been flipping shot, in a very 16th centery play, 'kill you in a kiss' kind of way I might add.
This is Doctor Who; pretty much the only show in which a retcon won't punch your willing suspension of disbelief in the balls. I'm guessing that they're going to pull the whole timey wimey thing on us.

i think this is Moffatt's way of undoing all the consequences of the other races storylines so he can start again. It means the Daleks can come back properly, maybe the Cybermen didn't get as destroyed as we thought etc... So he can start the classics up again with a sort of "Etcha-Sketch" shakeup complete carte blanc and start with a new set of rules.

Ending made me say What. The. Fack.

Also, what did the stone wall infront of the TARDIS door mean?
I thought it just meant that river had landed somewhere that meant she coulsn't get out, thus enabling the Tardis to
'splode epicly
That was pretty bad flying skills if you ask me.
I mean really, River defeated by a brick wall? ¬.¬
I'm guessing that the Anonymous Evil Pilot deliberately flew it into a wall, to make sure it 'sploded.

I assumed that the TARDIS had materialised inside something else, say underground or in a mountain.
Thats what I meant, i just phrased it badly cos im a pillock.

I almost thought for a minute that the Daleks came out of the box and I was like "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!".
Me too.
I was about to go and hit my head of a wall.
Indeed, I was ready to facepalm when that happened. Thank god Steven Moffat has some common sense
I thought the coming together of all the enemies was pretty damn impressive.
Indeed, I agree, at least the Daleks were not the centre of attention!

The Doctor will probably end up undoing everything since he said in the second Weeping Angels episode that time could be unwritten and so Amy and Rory are still alive. Don't know how he'll do this while fixing the crack, maybe throw Captain Jack in it, doubt it.

Rather than putting him in a box, surely they'd just shoot the fuck out of him?
Evidently they have not recently checked their "100 things not to do if you're a evil overlord, company etc" handbook recently!

As my friend said:

"Wow, let Moffat run the show for an entire series and he destroys the universe. I think the power went to his head."

But noooooo I don't want the TARDIS to die, I love it. I thought we'd have heard the cloister bell as it started to explode though.... I mean, it's supposed to ring when the TARDIS and passengers are in danger. :/

AND WHO THE FUCK IS MYSTERY VOICE MAN

I really hope the Mystery Voice isn't Davros.

... have I posted in here yet?
Bloody awesome episode with, if I'm not mistaken, a marked increase in CGI budget. And then they make the Roman's handguns look so damn naff.

I blame River, personally. :p
Maybe she should have used the blue stabilisers :p

And isn't it fitting that the bad guys rather suck at saving the universe.
Makes sense really. They suck at destroying it, they suck at saving it

By the way, nice avatar!
