I'm 15, I'm open to trying almost anything (emphasis on almost). On the internet I am a cold heartless bastard, in real life I am friendly and humorous and try to consistently be a good fellow, especially towards people who hate me, it's the best way to piss them off. Although on the internet I am a bastard, I try to maintain a certain level of decency.

I am fond of the Escapist forums recently but I also like Zero Punctuation and the occasional Unskippable.

Music.. I like anything that sounds good to me I guess. If it has a certain ring or rhythm to it that I like, I'll most likely end up buying an album from that band.

I'm left handed.

I'm feeling alright, I guess neutral, which is odd because I'm usually feeling pretty happy and peaceful lately. Or a complete mess at school, but that's a different story.

I'm Christian, but I like to think of myself as more open minded and not as gullible as some Christians tend to be. I realize that the Bible has been tampered with and that there are flaws with my chosen beliefs, but I also find it hard to believe that we're all sitting here because of a dumb luck fluke. So my that keeps me from being atheist I spose'. I hope I didn't go into too much argumentative detail :/

Fandom, I'm particularly interested in military, not because I find modern military cool, but because I like strategy and power-tripping I guess. That's why I like RTSs and why the MW series is awesome to me, as some of my fellow escapists probably have already noted. I also like to think I'm more known here than I actually am :p Don't ruin my fantasy XD! So, to the answer at hand, I'd probably go to a convention involving military technology and such. But don't get me wrong, I'm a pacifist.

I like pizza. And I'm not legal for drinking (that cinnamon liquor crap!) so my opinion doesn't count.

My parents are quite nice, I think you'll like them, just don't mention anything having to do with cheese to my father and you'll be fine. But seriously, let's keep the occasion cheese free.

1. I'm 21 years old, I live in the frozen north. I prefer rock and metal music and I've been gaming for about 16 years.

2. Forums and videos mostly.

3.
As for why. I'm not going to elaborate due to the risk of sounding whiny and 'emo

4. Right handed.

5. Neutral? Nothing has happened to make me feel one way or the other.

6. I'm agnostic. All I can say about religion is "I simply don't know".

7. The only convention I would go to would involve the Escapist.

8. Favourite Food: Lasagna. Favourite Drink: Barq's Root Beer.

Well, there you go.

1. My name's (have a guess...) Joe, I'm 17, and I'm born and bred (Is that a word, bred? I mean I've heard people say it, but never seen it written down....) in Ireland.

I'm 6 foot something, though I'm not sure cause I've never measured myself.

I've a great interest in music, and can't wait for Oxygen. I'm also into soccer, even though I've the football skills of yer average dead cat, and video games (surprize surprize).

2. My favourite part of the Escapist is the fantastic community here. Really, you guys are awesome.

3. If I had to describe myself in music, I'd pick Muse's Knights of Cydonia. Not a lot of words, but when they come out you gotta sing along :).

4. I'm left-handed. Someone once told me that because they're at different sides of the womb, one twin is always a leftie and the other a rightie. That's true with me, cause my twin's a rightie, but I've never really bothered to confirm this with other twins.

5. How am I feeling? Bloody freezing, even though the radiator's on, and a bit guilty, since I'm writing this post instead of doing my art project due for tomorrow.

6. I'm a Roman Catholic. I think it's really odd that where I come from, if you were to find out someone is an atheist, you'd question they why they lost their faith, and how can they go on without any faith, whereas on the internet, it's nearly the opposite. When I used to play WoW, an atheist in my guild constantly complained about atheists being persecuted against because of their lack of religious beliefs, while simultaniously asking me why I choose to believe in fairy tales.

7. I dunno if I'd go to a gaming or anime convention or anything like that. The closest would probably be Toys for Big Boys, or, if music festivals counted, Oxygen, Download, or Wacken Open Air.

8. Favourite food? For starters, some nice thick chowder, then a big medium fillet steak with garlic butter, then some rhubarb crumble. Mmmmmm.....

Don't be afraid of my Dad. He may look a lot like Ned Flanders, but he's really a nice guy when you get to know him.

1. Tell me a bit about yourself. No more than a paragraph. Talk about whatever you think is relevant, be it interests, or height, favorite Mass Effect manufacturer, whatever.

Well, I'm a 16 year old, who spends most of his time on the Escapist. I am a writer and aspiring game designer. I'm currently working on my own novel which I'm about a third of the way through. Usually, I can be found on here, listening to metal, or writing... still listening to metal.

2. What's your favorite part of the Escapist? Forums, videos, contests, advertisements, articles? Is there anything you'd like to do, but you're too afraid/unsure of how to try?

My favorite part is the forums but I was brought here by the videos. There's not really anything that I haven't done. Maybe join a really big RP but I don't have the time to.

3. If you could describe your life in music, how would you do it and why?

Smooth and flowing, but full of energy. Lots of guitar riffs and pounding drums.

4. Are you right or left-handed?

Right, although I can write a bit with my left hand.

5. How are you feeling right now? (Don't knock it, it's a really important question. Feel free to go on at length.)

I'm pretty good, but a little nervous. I have my first algebra exam tomorrow for a college class that I'm doing. I'm putting off doing the homework by staying on here.

6. Do you have a religious belief, and without going into too much argumentative detail, is it important to you?

No religious beliefs. My lack of belief is important to me though.

7. If you could go to a convention for any form of fandom, what fandom would it be. Do you have a specific convention in mind when you answer this question?

I can't really think of anything off the top of my head but I've been interested in going to a more anime related convention like Youmacon to meet abridgers like LittleKuriboh, and Team Four Star.

For a specific convention, I thought of GameX because I went last year and had a ton of fun. I got a game (Fallout 3 GOTY) signed by Yahtzee, Graham, and Paul. Plus I got to meet Spinwhiz who is awesome and gave me and my friends t-shirts. We wear them with pride.

8. Finally, what's your favorite food item? Any particular drink or wine you like to go with it?

Favorite food is all dependent on my mood. I love quite a few foods including Bison burgers, macaroni and cheese, and fried chicken, but I can't really decide between any of them.

Favorite beverage however is Fresca. I love the stuff. I usually drink a can a day and have been doing that for a couple years.

My name is Nicolai, I'm 21 years old, Danish, and currently at a bit of a standstill in my life.

2. What's your favorite part of the Escapist? Forums, videos, contests, advertisements, articles? Is there anything you'd like to do, but you're too afraid/unsure of how to try?
It used to be the forums, but I've lost interest in them. Probably because I have the feelings I've already seen most topics that are cropping up. Not that I claim to have been here in "a better time", but The Escapist seems to run in cycles, where the same threads are posted. So now, it's mostly the videos.

3. If you could describe your life in music, how would you do it and why?
Like, with a song? Don't know really. I can't think of a single song that truly sums up my life in anyway. But it'd probably be somewhat bittersweet, a mix between the joyful and the melancholic. Not to sound dramatic or anything.

4. Are you right or left-handed?
Right handed.

5. How are you feeling right now? (Don't knock it, it's a really important question. Feel free to go on at length.)
As in, jsut this moment? Bored, mostly. But that can be said about this period in my life as well. I'm recovering from a deep depression, that forced me to put my life on pause. There's no jobs to be had, so my days are spent at home, with no real aim or goal. But things will pick up come summer, when I start studying... something.

6. Do you have a religious belief, and without going into too much argumentative detail, is it important to you?
No, not as such. It's not that I claim to know that Gods don't exist, being a sceptic at heart, it's more that I really don't care. Whether or not any higher power exists doesn't really seem to have any impact on my life, so I find it hard to invest any form of belief in such. And the notion of a benevolent, interested God doesn't seem very likely. But I do envy people who have a faith. It's nice for them.

7. If you could go to a convention for any form of fandom, what fandom would it be. Do you have a specific convention in mind when you answer this question?
Right now, Video Games are my primary hobby, and I enjoy talking about it a lot. Not just "this game is great, this game isn't and wow, did you see this video where a guy makes a 34526 combo in whateverVSwhatever?", but also in terms of how the industry looks, what imagery and philosophy can be pulled from a game, how games are perceived in modern society and how they impact on us, and so on.
As a result, I would LOVE to go to any form of games convention. But that all seems to happen in the US. Except for the one in Germany. But I'm not in possession of that kind of money that would allow me to go.

8. Finally, what's your favorite food item? Any particular drink or wine you like to go with it?
I really like a good pizza. And my mothers Lasagna(if I ever move back in with my mom, that would be the reason). For pizza, a Coke or a Fanta is my preferred drink.

1. I'm in university studying education. My major is history. I've been living in a small town since my childhood. I decided to make a change of scenery and i've been living in a bigger city. I'm film-buff and proud of it. If education doesn't work for me, i'm going into cinema.

2.I would have to say reviews and original well-made threads. They tend to have some dept and something to look for. I'm trying to write a bit though. Look foward to a "poking the argument".

3. I can really relate to Bob Dylan. Todd Haynes once said "The minute you try to grab hold of Dylan, he's no longer where he was. He's like a flame: If you try to hold him in your hand you'll surely get burned. Dylan's life of change and constant disappearances and constant transformations makes you yearn to hold him, and to nail him down. "

I'm something like that.

4. I don't really know. I write with my right hand, but throw with my left.

5.I feel tired. I have to study for tomorow. It's nice to take a break and chat with you.

6.I beleive I'm agnostic. I choose to beleive that I will see who was right when I die. I can't really decide if there's a god, many gods or no gods at all.

7. I would probably go to a film convention with directors. Take a chance to talk with them.

8. I'm a particuliar fan of steak with a southwest salad. The steak has to be prepared on a BBQ. I'm also quite the alchohol fan.

9. There's no. 9 question, but I feel I could say something else. I'm pretty sure my parents would love a diner with you.

One question, what's "industrial" music?
It was only a matter of time before SOMEONE did. Well done.

And wiki says it's "a style of experimental and electronic music."
By which I mean Nine Inch Nails, KMDFM, Skinny Puppy, whatever. Loud and grinding, I suppose.

My friends and family would say that I am a nice and gentle person. I´m sophisticated and well read. I'm nice to those who deserve to be treated nicely, and I ignore those who annoy or bother me.
I usually try to put the needs of others in front of my own. And in the end of the day, my ultimate goal is to make most people around me happy. Sure I don´t always succeed in doing so. But at least I try, and that's all I can do if a person doesn´t want my help.
Who I am is just who I am. And no one is going to change that.

Me and my family are well connected and we talk all the time about anything. Family is very important to me, as I am a family "man". And I could never live without them.
I still live with my parents while my sister moved away some 5 years ago to go to school. But I meet her during the holidays and often in the summer. We are more than just siblings, we are also great friends. We do things together if we have the chance, and it's too bad that said chance is fairly rare.
I also have a half brother. His father left my mom when my brother was born. But that is the only thing I know of my brothers father.
My brother lives in the same town as me and I visit him occasionally if I have the chance. We usually just talk together if anything. But were still good friends.

My hobbies and interests are mostly just the same as the average teenage male.
I do love snowboarding, but I can´t do it as much as I want. There is almost never enough snow here (sort of silly since the land is called Iceland.).
I spend most of my day playing video games and learning Japanese. Both are things that I love and care for. Some might say that I play video games a little too much. But that´s just because of lack of things to do in the small town I live in. And also the fact that most of my friends are couch potatoes.
My Japanese is still tame. But I have been becoming better and better. And I hope to speak it fluently one day.
My favorite music genre would be metal, but I listen to almost anything. Given that it's good.
The school I got to is a fairly small one. It has about 40 students and 6 teachers.
I will admit that I am sometimes lazy in school, but I have been getting my act together in school. And my grades are just around average.
I don´t really do much our side school other then my hobbies. I would probably practice Basketball if I wouldn´t have go to the next town to practice it.
I don´t go to church since I am an atheist. But religion doesn´t bother me in any way. But people that try to shove religion down my throat do annoy me. But not that much that I can´t just ignore them.

My main reason to join the AFS foreign student program is because I want to explore the world and I also want to find out what it is like to be in a school in another country. And I also want to find out what it is like to live without my parents for some amount of time.
I think of it like a lesson in independence. In how living without my parents is. In what it is like being without anyone you really know in a different country.

My days usually just go as I plan them. No irregularities, no real problems. The only thing that is really hard during my day is getting up. I show up to school on time and all that. But getting out of bed can often be like an extreme sport to me.

I consider myself a fairly lucky person. Of course everyone makes their own luck. And I have made my pretty well. I have been outside of Iceland 4 times. Visited 5 countries. And met a bunch of good foreign people.
I have a great life in school and with my friends(At least when we actually do something). And it all just fits me and my life style perfectly.

I plan on going into house building when I got to high school. And in the end I want to work as that.

Look, Escapist community, we've been together for over a year now, and I think it's getting time for us to get to know each other better.

1. Well. I'm 17. About 5'9". Reasonably intelligent, and I like to think I'm quite open minded. I acknowledge my naivety and youth, but still I am quite an idealist. I'm a big, big fan of games (Duh) with what I can only assume is an obsessive personality. I'm middle-upper class. I love to learn, but hate to be taught without asking the question first. It's an odd combination, which hasn't worked well in school up until I entered this 6th form last year. It's working great now. I don't assume myself superior to anyone, and hate it if I come across that way. I'm quite kind. I try and consider both sides of an argument before I make a judgement, and consider myself quite rational. Of course, I'm only young, and I'm going to be very biased on a lot of things. I talk a fair bit, at speed, too. Chatterbox extraordinaire, but only about things I consider important. I'm quite rude and blunt, offering only a short opinion, if I'm not interested in what you're talking about. Which is, again, a problem in school.

2. I like all the videos by the LoadingReadyRun.com guys, DoomsDayArcade, and ZeroPunctuation. I like the forums as a forum for discussion, but I dislike how inane most of it has become. My favourite part must be the usergroups, but it's all tied to my heading of the PC clan.

3. I think you know the answer to this one already, heh. I don't really know, or care about music. I know when I like a song or sound, but I couldn't tell you what or who made it. Or even anything about it other than "I like it.". It's an odd trait among my friends, all of whom seem to have learnt how to play an instrument at some point. Some of them are total music-buffs, too. I can't stand that. It just seems so unimportant to me.

I remember in my GCSE class we had to do a short (~5 minute) talk on "Something That has Changed the World." I did the internet, another guy did music. I couldn't stand this. For whatever reasons it really annoyed me. At the time I wasn't eloquent enough to voice my objections, but I realise now that his claim that music changed the world went against my opinion that music doesn't change but, like all art, simply reflects.

Shame I didn't say that at the time. Would have totally got like a billion extra marks.

4. Right Handed.

5. Tired. It's late. Introspective, of course. Quite pensive. Happy and curious, but then I almost always am.

6. Not a religious belief. I consider myself a Secular Humanist.

7. Phew. Absolutely no idea. I and a few friends were thinking of attending the Eurogamer Expo, but does that count as a fandom?

8. Steak. Put mashed potatoes on the side and I'll practically drink it.

My name is Jordan and I'm 14 years old, I've always believed that intelligence transcends age and I'd hope that no one would think of less of me because of it. I'm from London, England and I enjoy gaming and general internet surfing.
I however am dissapointed in my generation and like a previous person has said, I feel the innocence in children no longer exists.
I feel like I need someone in my life.

I can't remember how I stumbled on The Escapist, it was probably Yahtzee...
But I enjoy Zero Punctuation, anything from LRR team and Doomsday Arcade (sad it's coming to an end...). I enjoy the forums and generally readeverypage of a thread, I rarely comment however as by the time a thread comes to my attention it already seems I have nothing to add even though I am vain and would like to increase my post count.

Hmm... My life in music... I lisen to alot of music and can't quite find a song to describe me, if I did I'd probably link to MCR and feel ashamed.

I'm right handed and take too much time on my handwriting even though it's nothing special.

I'm feeling alright, I'm on holiday in my villa in Florida and it's nice to have an escape from school and my life in general. Even though it's only for a week.

I'm an agnostic I think... I'm generally atheistic but I pray when I need hope for something or when my life is really shit.

I'd love to go maybe to an anime convention, or E3 or an Escapist convention if one such thing might happen. Generally nothing happens near me in England and if it did I would be underage =(

About food... the stuff I eat the most is marmite and chicken (not together...although I did once, it wasn't bad). Marmite less frequently these past few years. And I'd have vimto for a drink.

1. Tell me a bit about yourself. No more than a paragraph. Talk about whatever you think is relevant, be it interests, or height, favorite Mass Effect manufacturer, whatever.

Names Nick O'Dowd, i'm 19 years old, British, student at Lancaster University, studying History and International Relations because i think it sounds cool. Ok, being honest i do love history, at the moment my heart is in Roman/Celtic/ Dark Age history- i think its pretty awesome that my home is near Chester, which was once a rather large Roman fortress. I can be a laugh at times, when my moods right, other times like when i am writing this now my mood can be quite sour and depressing. Like doing creative writing in my spare time, i have quite an active imagination. I'm happiest pwning people with an AC-130 gunship on MW2.

What's your favorite part of the Escapist? Forums, videos, contests, advertisements, articles? Is there anything you'd like to do, but you're too afraid/unsure of how to try?

Forums mainly, although i also watch many of the videos. Never really botherd with the contests, read some of the articles which interest me. Recently discoverd the Doomsday Arcade, never tried watching it before and now think its brilliant.

If you could describe your life in music, how would you do it and why?

By quoting song lyrics

A man of sorrows wrecked,
with thoughts that dare not speak their name
trapped inside a body, made to feel only guilt and shame

His anger all his life
I hate myself he cried
Do what thou wilt, do what thou wilt he cried!

-Bruce Dickinson, Man of Sorrows

Tell me what you hear, and then tell me what you see,
Everybody has a different way, to view the world
I would like you to know, when you see the simple things
To appreciate this life it's not to late to learn

- Iron Maiden, Different World

Across the coast of gold, across the seven seas
Im traviling on, far and wide
and now it seems, i'm just a stranger to myself
and all the things i sometimes do, it isnt me but someone else

I close my eyes, and think of home
another city goes by, in the night
ain't it funny how it is?
You never it till its gone away
and my heart is lying there
and will be till my dying day
-Iron Maiden, Wasted Years. This song has become perticuarly true for me since coming to university- i miss my old friends and life back home!

And finally, this song. I like having my little moments were i like see the beauty of the universe, this song captures those feelings quite well.

As you can probably guess, i'm a huge Iron Maiden fan.

Are you right or left-handed?

Right

How are you feeling right now?

Rather sober and thoughtful, having just listened to the above music.

Do you have a religious belief, and without going into too much argumentative detail, is it important to you?

No i am not religious, i'm probably an athiest although i shy away from that title. The closest spiritual beliefs i hold is my frequent wonderment and amazement at the complexities and beauties of the universe. When i say universe, i don't just mean stars and planets, i mean ordinary things like steam rising from a kettle, the thunder and lightning, rain, water, friendship, the complexities of social interaction, ancestory, the geode on my desk right beside me, the human brain..i mean everything.

If you could go to a convention for any form of fandom, what fandom would it be. Do you have a specific convention in mind when you answer this question?

A Bruce or Iron Maiden concert would count i suppose. I think going to an Oblivion convention would be a laugh, don't know if/who i would dress up as though.

Finally, what's your favorite food item? Any particular drink or wine you like to go with it?

Ham&crisp butties, with a drink of ordinary coke. For pudding i would have one of those little Apple Pies that M&S do, and a toffie yoghurt. That food would remind me of the packed lunch my mum would pack me for family days out to Wales or the Lake District.

1. Tell me a bit about yourself. No more than a paragraph. Talk about whatever you think is relevant, be it interests, or height, favorite Mass Effect manufacturer, whatever.

I'm a 19 year old student doing his A2 in England, hoping to go to university afterwards at a university that is as far away from home as possible without leaving the country. I'm a bisexual who has Asperger's Syndrome. I have only had one relationship which ended due to my sexuality, which I talk to my ex-girlfriend which usually at some point she says something outstandingly ignorant which I can't help but laugh at (today was how I wasn't the type of guy she expected me to be, when I asked what kind of guy she expected, she said a heterosexual one). I'm also very cynical and pessimistic.

2. What's your favorite part of the Escapist? Forums, videos, contests, advertisements, articles? Is there anything you'd like to do, but you're too afraid/unsure of how to try?

Just the general scene, it's a lot more serious than I'm used to. I'm always scared of contributing too much to a topic (as in, quoting and replying to too many people), no matter how tempted I am to do so anyway just because of how interested I am in the topic at hand.

3. If you could describe your life in music, how would you do it and why?

Best I can think of is No Surprises by Radiohead and If You Tolerate This Then Your Children Will be Next by Manic Street Preachers, on repeat.

4. Are you right or left-handed?

Right.

5. How are you feeling right now? (Don't knock it, it's a really important question. Feel free to go on at length.)

I'm actually pretty miserable. I recently talked to my ex for the first time in months and as usual she managed to belittle me and just make me feel bad about everything in general. Then I got a humorous text message (my brother thought Heavy Rain was like GTA) which I shared with my younger brother, who couldn't care less as usual no matter how obvious the humour was. Then my dad yelled at me to keep away and don't talk to him at all, which made me realise how disconnected I am from my family. I was listening to REM's Everybody Hurts, and heard the lyric "take comfort in your friends", which is when I realised I had none. Looked outside at the railway lights I usually liked to only realise they were blurry because my sight is messing up (can't see long distances well). There may of been some other things as well, although I don't remember.

So I really could do with a drink and a cigarette to be honest.

6. Do you have a religious belief, and without going into too much argumentative detail, is it important to you?

I'm agnostic, although I believe there probably was a god but because of Chinese whispers, things were added and taken away to exaggerate and add agenda of people (e.g. anti-homophobic religious laws were likely the Roman and Arabic population giving themselves an excuse to view Greeks as heretics).

Is my view important to me? Not really.

7. If you could go to a convention for any form of fandom, what fandom would it be. Do you have a specific convention in mind when you answer this question?

I actually had to look up the word. I probably wouldn't go to any conventions just because I would just end up being on my own and being unsocial, which I may as well do at home.

8. Finally, what's your favorite food item? Any particular drink or wine you like to go with it?

I actually don't have any favourite food item.

Names Thomas, I'm a maniacal bastard from Ireland, I like the vidja (of course) Astronomy, design and art and inventing maddening weapons of mass destruction/self gratification. my other half is a pink haired devil(well, only pink sometimes ^__^)

2. What's your favorite part of the Escapist? Forums, videos, contests, advertisements, articles? Is there anything you'd like to do, but you're too afraid/unsure of how to try?

mainly the videos and articles, but I do tend to float around the forums, yet to call me a poster would be akin to calling a guy who drives golf carts for fun every now and then a motorist.

3. If you could describe your life in music, how would you do it and why?

soundtracks. soundtrack. SOUNDTRACKS. mainly the iron man soundtrack, that was awesome.

4. Are you right or left-handed?

Right handed, but my karma arm is ambidextrous (100 internets to whoever gets this reference!)

5. How are you feeling right now? (Don't knock it, it's a really important question. Feel free to go on at length.)

Meh, good. not really any particular direction, maybe a little bored. I've ran out of PS3 games to play.

6. Do you have a religious belief, and without going into too much argumentative detail, is it important to you?

Can't know for sure, so why not believe in whatever I like best?

7. If you could go to a convention for any form of fandom, what fandom would it be. Do you have a specific convention in mind when you answer this question?

I do like anime, but I is no weeaboo. I'm very picky about certain types, always preferred more west influenced animez. I'm VERY into the development of games, so much so I'd go out of my way to get collector editions if they come with developer commentaries.

8. Finally, what's your favorite food item? Any particular drink or wine you like to go with it?

BOLAGNASE! and I drink beer and cider and sometimes wodka, but I prefer to stay away from spirits and I HATE wine, on my sober nights I usually drink coke or fanta.

Well lets give it a shot

1. I am a Russian who loves to skate, create trance music, cook, and just game my ass off whenever I have the time and currently go to a community college for a Philosophy degree.

2. Favorite part would have to be the forums for sure. I always love coming in here reading the different posts and seeing what people have to say. Some piss me off, but most of the time they make me laugh and glad I signed up here.

3. No reason why, just is.

4. Right handed ftw

5. Terrible. Had to walk to class while it was storming and its a god damn 10 minute walk, twenty counting there and back. Clothes are soaked and I am still freezing bah.

6. No beliefs, no religion.

7. Fight Club convention. Love that movie to death.

8. No favorite food really, but ones I like best are BBQ burgers and Cheeseburger pizza. My drinks are always either lemonade or Red Bull/Rockstar/Monster.

1) I'm fourteen and Canadian. I'm a musician, academic, and geek. I like to fool around with Game Maker, but I haven't finished anything yet.

2) I love the community spirit of the forums. I've always wanted to start a thread, but I have nothing interesting to ask people.

3) Using a synthesizer and acoustic guitar, because those are awesome instruments.

4) Right-handed, and apparently I handle a gun wrong.

5) Hungry. I had a slice of pizza at half past eleven today, and haven't eaten since.

6) I consider myself an Absurdist. I know that sounds pretentious, but I know a girl who describes herself as an Existentialist, so it's just a case of one-upmanship.

7) Probably Death Note, because I started reading in late December of last year and am in love.

8) I like all food. And Sprite.

You don't have to meet my parents, but I recommend it. They'd like you, and probably serve steak.

Might as well...

1. Name is Sean Fitzgerald. I'm a graphic design student up at school in the northern New England area of the states. Despite being in the middle of ski/snowboard country, I don't actually do either (Not anymore, used to board). Like most typical college students I'm pretty apathetic, but not overly opinionated. I should be graduating this year, but i've actually got a year left here. No complaints, college is awesome.
2. Favorite part here? Good question, but I'm not really sure. The forums are nice and so are the movies, but I've been so busy lately I haven't had a chance to poke around too often
3. Take some Deftones, Tool, The Pixies, The Beatles, The Who, and The Cure and throw them in a blender, season with other good stuff and voila
4. Right Handed, though not bad with the left, just can't right with it.
5. Ugh, right now? Annoyed, worried, and irked really. Just some housing issues (specifically the LACK of housing as far as next year goes) has got me worked up, other than that? I've got a cold...wonderful eh?
6. Raised catholic, but pretty agnostic i suppose. Never really give it much thought, Religion gets people into trouble if you ask me...which you just did...so yeah...
7. I actually have a good chance of going to PAX East if I hunker down and get the money together. Anyone else going might see me there?
8. Cheesecake...cheesecake is my kryptonite...well almost, but yeah.

1. I'm a 25 year old Cuban male. I am a Mental Health Counselor and before that, I have been a Bartender, a Stock Clerk at a liquor wholesale outlet, and a waiter. I am an avid roleplayer, writer and boxer. I have been playing video games since I was about six years old on an Atari 2600 and I've been roleplaying since I was about nine or ten (D&D 2nd ed was my first).

2. The forums are always fun (even though I find political/religious discussions here can be...disappointingly uninspiring. But hey, it's a GAMING forum). As for videos, I mostly watch Yahtzee and Unskippable.

3. My life is alot like 80's music: Sometimes its fun. Sometimes its frantic. Sometimes its sad. Most of the time its weird. But most of all, thinking about makes me want to wear a leisure suit and shoes without socks.

4. Southpaw, baby.

5. Just a bit tired. But talking to you makes me feel better.

6. Yes. I am a Christian (explaining my exact theological orientation would be complicated, but suffice it to say I am a Non-Denominational Christian with Catholic leanings on scriptural context study). Is it important to me? Yes. My spirituality has helped me grow and focus myself in both my own growth and in my service for others.

7. Roleplaying conventions. I always like to discuss gaming theory with other GMs.

8. I love Bistec ala Milanesa. Think of it as a "high rent cheese steak". Now with that dish, you gotta have Sangria...GOOD sangria (usually the kind that I prepare).
