When I was about 4, I did a little physics experiment. 3 wooden blocks arranged into a makeshift catapult. I stomped down on one end and the next thing I knew I was on the ground bleeding. Needed 7 stitches to close the cut around my eye. I wish we had youtube back then because I would have been an internet sensation.
I closed the sliding glass door on my thumb. It turned purple and the nail died. A new one grew back though.
I electrocuted myself with my hairdryer, four times.
I constantly bruise my hips on tables and doorknobs.
I have a bruise on my shoulder where I accidentally snapped myself with a bowstring in archery class yesterday.
My parents say my name isn't Grace for a reason.

Most of my dumbest moments have been foretold by my uttering of the words 'watch this'.
Stuck my house key in an electrical outlet while in Chemistry class. I was bored, and wanted to spice up my day. Everyone wheeled around as an audible *FWOP* filled the classroom.
Jumped off a three story parking garage. I was aiming for a snowbank, but missed entirely, landing first on my feet, then rolling forward with the best ragdoll physics ever...
Not a 'watch this' moment: I was changing the staples in a stapler, and the spring broke, flying under my fingernail. It was far enough under so the end of the spring was just under my cuticle. Had to rip it out. There was blood.

5 Years old, ran into the side of the doorway and busted my forehead. Got stitches for it afterward and it healed up in a couple of days.
I was running once in the woods with my track team friends when I tried to look cool and jump over a fallen down tree trunk. Apparently (according to my friends) I landed on the tree then fell backwards catching myself just in time to fall forward onto my hands. Didn't break them but hurt like Hell!
I once kicked a innocuous bag standing in my way while I was in a fit of rage. The bag might have been innocuous, but its content of two bowling balls weren't. I was damn near to breaking my big toe.

Slipped on a small bit of water in the kitchen (Freezer was leaking water) and slipped. The large toe of my right foot hit off the fridge causing the nail to crack and embed itself part way into the bone of my big toe. I wasn't able to go to the hospital to have it removed for two days and I wasn't able to walk without a crutch for about two weeks.
The irony of it was that I had been going to the front door to let the guy who was going to repair the freezer in.

I took a sharp turn on a four wheeler at near top speed, and flipped it completely over, ALMOST smashed my skull on a rock, and winded myself. I wasn't beat up terribly, (I was lucky) but I was very sore after.
I also let off a smoke (and sparks(it) grenade in the house, and burned my mouth, and a hole in the carpet.

when i was a kid i was at a house i had never been at before and there was a door leaning agenst the wall (i think he was changeing a door XD) i went to open it but that pulled it of balance and i got stuck under it
When I was 4 or 5 I was playing "Ring Around the Rosey" by myself (my sister wouldn't play with me and my mom was cleaning) and by the time I got to "they all fall down" I was, not surprisingly, pretty dizzy. When I fell I cut myself on the corner of the door of our entertainment stand. If the cut had been about an inch or so lower I probably would have lost my eye. Luckily I just got stitches and now have a tiny scar just above my right eyebrow.

I forgot where my finger was and got blood all over my project in woodshop.
Well, I did cut myself while opening a wine bottle, you see I have a problem on my rigth hand (I dont feel in certain parts of my hand) which sometimes causes me to drop things or to break things while holding them too tigth. Once while opening a wine bottle using my rigth hand, while I was holding it with my left, I didn't realized that I was using too much strength on my rigth hand, which led to the bottle breaking and cutting (very badly) my left hand. =(
