I admit to being an evil bastard at times, but this is just out right indecent and disgusting of the highest extreme.
This poor little girl doesn't have much longer left to live and she's gonna spend it next to a bunch of jerks who think her death is nothing more than a joke!?
The neighbors clearly have a pitiful and petty existence to say the least.
Human life is sacred and those who would dare cause harm and harassment to a child is better off placing a millstone around their necks and tossing themselves into a lake.
Note: Millstones at minimum weigh 1000lbs

I'd like to know why they're so pissed with that little girls father that they would go to lengths such as taunting his dying child and mother (when she was alive) because the way they were talking about it was as if the father had wronged them in some way.
That said regardless of what the father did even if he was the devil himself taunting a dying child like that is beyond cruel and they should be punished for it.
