Ive heard about this a lot but Im not sure on the details. Is Origin actualy spyware-level of privacy infringment? Like it lets them access any file in your computer? That sounds too evil, even for EA.

Actually I never tried it. I'm overly concerned with Origin. While the EULA is very vague which is concerning, I really like BF3 so I just run Origin for that. Of course I never let it boot up at start and I close it when I'm done with BF3.Saulkar said:

Seriously. It's not that hard. Hey, Mass Effect 3 is coming out soon, it'd sure send one hell of a message if we all didn't buy that game because of EA's terms of service and EULA, showing all that we won't put up with this shit anymore and possibly changing things for the better.
But that won't happen, because I'm willing to be damn near every person who's complaining about this will be buying ME3 on launch day. Re-enforcing EA's decisions. It won't fucking matter if it's the last game of theirs you buy. They won't give a shit if you don't buy some other game, but not buying one of their biggest products and causing it to tank? That'd send a message.

When I first saw a trailer for this game I was interested until i saw the EA logo. The most recent EA game i played was American Mcgee's Alice after being given an old copy and I suspect that statement will remain true for a very long time.
