You know who did that a loooooooooooong time before Runescape? Asheron's CallFieldy409 said:Bah, why do they need to give us a class system. I know it's a dirty word around here but Runescape was an mmo that worked perfectly fine without one. Just setup the way gear works to discourage everyone making the same spell warrior in plate armour.

I won't play it, they'd have to take out everything I like about the Elder scrolls to make it into an mmo :/
No, the only way to balance ANY discussion is to have people talking from both sides of the fence, not just the ones who have postive things to say.Ragsnstitches said:The only way to balance this discussion after the OPs intro, is if someone else raves about how awesome this game will be and how it will shit on every game ever made by anyone... that includes the most famous game of all, The Universe, by Gods Will studios.Crono1973 said:So much for balanced discussion.Terminate421 said:Nothing at all.Crono1973 said:Yeah because we have no idea what an MMO is like. So tell me, are we suppose to either say something positive or nothing at all?Terminate421 said:I love the negativity in this thread. even though it isnt out yet, people still whine about it.
Why do you think I have no comment yet on Halo 4?
As much as I am terrified that it may suck, I say nothing because I may be wrong about it. The same could be said about every other upcoming game.
The person would also have to cream their pants and suffer a fatal heart attack from the euphoria.
Then this discussion would be closer to balance... in that the bullshit and wild speculation would be exactly equal.
Not only is it not even out yet, but we know nothing about the game except who the dev is and what engine it's on. Most people are just looking for something to whine about, which is why no one listens when gamers complain about legitimate issues.Terminate421 said:I love the negativity in this thread. even though it isn't out yet, people still whine about it.

I concede that you know much more than I have seen about the game in the past 24hours, but my statement about complaining still standsSajuukKhar said:-Three factionsTK421 said:Not only is it not even out yet, but we know nothing about the game except who the dev is and what engine it's on.
