So much snow.... I hope they have a bit of variety in the environments.

Then again, it is Nord-country. But still... I hope it's not all white.

It isn't going to be all snow as these pics prove.

Hmm, Intriguing, It looks like the same kind of game play style but the location looks nice and creatures are certainly cool. Kinda wondering about that magic menu though. Hope it hasn't done anything wrong or over complex with the menu system, that would suck.

Did I see a dragon there? Hopefully we can tame them and use them as mounts!
Reading the articles a little, it seems the dragons will be the antagonists in some form or another. That should make for some interesting conflict, seeing as the Empire (if it still stands) reveres dragons.

Let's just hope they do away with the level based encounter system of Oblivion =/

I thought when they said 'Dragonkin' you'd be part Dragon, that would be awesome, but alas, you kill them for a living...
Still, looks orgasmic, definitely a pre-order

Good gods that looks good. Away with that old engine! I'm kinda disappointed that they haven't scanned them in a size that I can actually read the text. I'm curious about the "Feel of combat" section, one of my biggest gripes with Oblivion.

However, now I'm wondering; how would a Fallout game look and play with that engine?

Remembering WoW's Northrend continent I'd say it's more than possible that we can get quite some variation in the environments. Northrend had taiga-like areas, icy deserts, frontier-style forests, tundras, snow-peaked mountains, you name it. The other pics in that link seem to reinforce the idea that TES' Skyrim will get the same treatment.

It looks absolutely awesome. I've got such high hopes for this game.

Wait, It has level-scaling? Bye bye Skyrim.

Those pics seem nice.

I can't really say anything yet, though, because I didn't have a problem with Oblivion's graphics - I had a problem with it's bad animations. I hope they put more effort into those.

I also hope that they concentrate more on the depth of the world than in the size of the map. Oblivion was huge, but felt quite shallow to me.

[sub]And I really hope that this game has more variety in environments than these screens show, because as a Finn, I see enough landscapes filled with snow each year. When I look out of my window there's a thick layer of snow over everything I see! I don't want to play a game filled with the stuff![/sub]

That rant aside, I understand that snowy landscapes are more exotic and all for some people and they are completely fine, but I don't want to play an Elder Scrolls game that consists wholly of one kind of environment.

[sub]And why do those generic fantasy heroes never wear enough clothes in the cold? Don't they know about hypothermia over there?[/sub]

EDIT: Just checked the website and there's also some autumn-y shots.

Has that one pic got a Daedra helm? Looks like it.

So psyched now. And as for the post above me, I'd like to see it so that you have to dress up somewhat warm or get hypothermia/other cold related problems.

Hurray for Skyrim not getting turned into generic fantasy setting. I wonder if the world will feel crammed. Considering how big Cyrodiil was supposed to be, the major cities seemed closed together.

....Where the hell is the HUD, there's not going to be one?
Probably just so it'll look better in picture. I'm certain there will be at least a small HUD when you're actually playing.
