What if maybe, a new continent was discovered? Like, out in the ocean? I think that would be awesome, there could be a whole other civilization with history already set up there, or it could be just wilderness, or a mixture of the two.

If they did that, they'd need to make sure there were some proper settlements and not just wilderness, though.

Also, if there was a different civilization, it would be interesting to see the people of Tamriel and the people of [blank]'s culture mix together.

Also, I would still want the history and lore of TES still there and not just add the new continent so they could start over.

One other thing, it would be an actual, true blue, continent. not some magical realm thing like in shivering isles. They sail out, and find new land, they don't teleport to a magic land of maddness

El'syewer, the Home of the Kahjits or the summerset isles to stick it to those sary High elves as a Dunmer or Orc. a return to Morrowind wouldn't be too bad either, but then again I just really like Dark elves

Interesting article on gameinformer.com... relevant part quoted below:

http://www.gameinformer.com/News/Story/200903/N09.0318.1805.56285.htm

Setting
This is pretty open still within the lore that has been created for this series. Two core ideas we have would be to try multiple territories. The last two titles have focused on just one area of the continent of Tamriel, the last being the imperial province of Cyrodil. This time, why not do a few. The north region of High Rock, Hammerfell and Skyrim are human settled and could serve up some epic George R.R. Martin style politics. Or maybe we could head south and use Elsweyr, Valenwood and Summerset Isle, which are homes to the Kajiit, Wood Elves and High Elves respectively. The water between could introduce some ship-based game concepts?and even pirates!

I'd love multiple regions as Morrowind and Cyrodiil are the biggest and have already been done. I really like the idea of Elsweyr, Valenwood and Summerset Isle.

I don't really care what region( as long as its a different one of course)but i do think that there should more weapons, armor, better voice acting( more then 2 people doing all of the characters) more mythical creatures...dragons, if it has at least 3 dragons. i mean full fledged dragons, not the things in oblivion that spit fire. Flying ones. If Akavir has dragons i want that one...or maybe black marsh, it doesn't really matter which new one they do i'll buy it, and request that everyone i know own it and play it =P

I'd like to see Akavir, depending on time period it would add the possibility of dragons.
The battle between the Tsaesci and the Ka Po'Tun? Since that would involve the only Dragon left in Tamriel I believe, that'd be quite cool. They'd have to flesh out so much lore though, due to there being scarce any to work with that is published. Seeing the Tsaesci would be cool though, since their appearance remains a mystery for the most part. The Ka Po'Tun would be very Khajiit like, just more resembling tigers, so I pressume a larger race. It'd be a much more intense game than the previous installments centralized around the war.

However I still really want to see the great city of Alinor in Summerset Isle, HD-fied. Its beauty would be something spoke of, in the gaming community, for along time if Bethesda did it right.

How about if they go to a magical land of candy and gumdrops and violence is replaced with hugs and kisses XD

seriously though this should happen
And then Bethesda went bust and was never seen from again.
That wouldn't be such a bad thing would it?

I think a Skyrim/Hammerfell/High Rock game would be great, you get Nords, Orcs, and Bretons to be more prominent than those silly imperials and their annoyingly posh accents. The lore from these regions also is pretty interesting, the High Elf/Nord wars, the breakup of Orsinium, the aftermath of the Miracle of Peace, stuff like that.

Summerset Isle...Dunno if they've been there yet.

Think of the possiblities for naval-based action and fighting.

That, or Akavir. Perhaps a second invasion attempt on Akavir? Maybe post-apocolyptic Chicago.

i hope they make the setting great, atmospheric, pretty in some places, and have it fit well with the story. really, i just hope they have a GOOD setting, i dont really care which one they use. there are a lot of features i would like to see, but none have to do with the setting.

Elsweyr, I just really like a Khajiit and always enjoyed it though I'm sick of always being the Minority group plus I think it would be an interesting place to go.
