I'm tempted to watch Insidious now...

Movies:
Spider Man
The Dark Knight
The Professional - It's sad it still kicked ass.
The Corruptor - Ditto

Video Games:
Final Fantasy IV & VIII
COD 4 - What is it with all these bitter sweet endings?

Lord of the Rings? All of the 50 endings were great. Alternatively, the Bourne Identity/Ultimatum.

I thought inFAMOUS's ending was pretty good. The plot twist in the last cutscene I kind of saw coming, but it was still unveiled well.

Alot of people are going to disagree with me on this but I think that Cloverfield had a great ending. It was one of those endings that was just really creepy to me.

The explosion cutting off the camera.

The satellite falling into the water, showing how the tragedy started right after you watched it unfold, and nobody is suspecting anything at the time.

The credits rolling with no music (at least for the first minute).

The message at the end with a hidden meaning (that I'm lucky I found, thanks Google!).

It all seemed really cryptic to me. Call me crazy.

Yes, also great endings. I don't remember quite how Supremacy ended, but I know it wasn't as good as Ultimatum (I was actually wondering if they got him or not).

I'd have to say that my personal favorite ending for a movie would have to be Empire Strikes Back. Ended on such a down note, and really put the whole series in perspective, though I still think Return of the Jedi was a better film. Video game wise, I'd have to say MGS4 had one of the GREATEST endings in media history. Managed to wrap everything up, and while taking forever to do so, stayed interesting. Also thought Arkham Asylum's ending was pretty good. I'd also have to say that the Scream movies all had great endings, along with the Iron Man film (After the credits, of course. Samuel L. Jackson made that bit for me, wasn't expecting it at ALL.)

Games: Final Fantasy VIII
Movies: Iron Man
TV Shows: Star Trek: The Next Generation
Anime: Gungrave
Comics/Manga: Deathnote

All of these endings left me with a warm feeling inside and very content with what had transpired.

No Country for Old Men was the last example of a PERFECT ending for me, the last time I remember feeling really satisfied with how everything pulled together. Can't really think of anything else that's hit me in quite that way, except for a car maybe.

Yes.

Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog, because
while it wasn't happy, and you can see it coming in a vague "I know what'll happen but I don't know how" way, it was simply the right ending. If things had gone how he'd planned, it wouldn't have had the same impact.
Ergo Proxy. If it ended any other way, I think it would have been disappointing.

As for games... Hmm... Heavenly Sword was pretty good. Beyond Good and Evil, even considering the cliffhanger.

For comics/manga/graphic novels, I can't really say. Fullmetal Alchemist hasn't ended yet, but it's really good.

Hmm...Kingdom Hearts 2, they tied up all gthe loose ends so it really doesn't need a new one in my opinion. I have to agree with the Halo 3 thing.

Princess Mononoke
The Uplift Cycle
Star Trek: The Next Generation (as far as I'm concerned, ST:VOY ended after the second season).
Half-Life (the original, can't say about the newer games yet because they aren't done)
Star Craft
Sandman Book 9: The Kindly Ones

district 9 was awesome, so was inglorious bastards..and for games mercenaries 2 had an awesome ending even though the final boss fight was a quick time event.

Persona 4, although I think it may just be because I went ahead and finished 3 first, and 3's ending was depressing.
In all honesty, I thought the bad ending for 3 was incredibly well done, i almost cried.
