Army of two final ending. They spent the whole game building up how incredibly buff and powerful the final villain was, to take him down in about 30 seconds, followed by the most obviously Could have been playable cutscenes in the history of gaming

i actually liked that game... it was way better than some "bigshot developer" made games... and more original than alot of games...

Wesker is not coming back. Not me saying it. Capcom saying it. Wesker's perma-death debate borders the line of the bad type of fanboys. Prey was made for sequal.

Gladius has the worst ending ever.

It wasn't that great to begin with, but at least it was different (An XBox SRPG made by LucasArts about gladiators).
The ending was utterly retarded though.

XIII. It commits the cardinal sin of having a cliffhanger ending and no sequel to resolve it. I was so sure that the ending it gave me couldn't be the whole story that I waited through the credits to see if there was any more. Not only that but that game also has the longest video game credits I have ever seen, it took hours!

There was a sequel planned orginally, but the selling charts weren't too positive. So until now: there's still no XIII-2 or XIV in the making. It's a shame, because I really liked playing XIII.

Yeah, it is a shame, I really enjoyed XIII too.

I don't know if I'd call it "ruined", but I found the ending of Indigo Prophecy a bit jarring. Not for the reasons Yahtzee pointed out either actually (I liked those...). Near the end they just introduced a bunch of randomness (again, not the powers) that didn't get much attention or serve a great deal of purpose. The night before the final scene...yeah.

But most of all, the cinematic at the end of the final scene. That one bugged me quite a bit actually.

OT:Fallout 3's rather lackluster.Compared with how good the games is.

Considering one would spend most hours in the game driving places, dealing with annoying malaria and other flaws and shortcomings in the game the ending felt pretty rushed and tacked on. I've read that yes, there is PROBABLY a deep meaning behind it etc. etc. but it just doesn't give the player a sense of reward of accomplishment for beating the game.

KOTOR 2.

The last few hours of gameplay were clearly rushed, filled with unexplained plotholes and generally a mis-matched jumble of half-implemented ideas.

Really, upon examining the data within the game but that is not used (such as conversations never shown to player), things make much more sense and are explained in far greater detail. Too bad these were cut form the actual release.

One of the cut scenes includes a discussion between the three droids: G0-T0, the lovable (yet cunning and deceptive) astromech and HK-47 after the crash on the final planet. So much is explained, so much more sense is blown into the situation, yet due to rushed nature of the game ending, we never got to see that.

Yeah.

When I finished star wars republic commando for the first time I couldn't wait for the next one.......I'm still waitting........I some what given up on it,but I would still like to see another game.

Oh, and KOTOR 2. KOTOR 2 was an amazing game, and Kreia I honestly consider to be one of the best videogame characters ever created, EVER, but the game just doesn't have an ending, Light or Dark side.
