The first time I ever really noticed how my enemys behaved was in "Half-Life". Those marines were far more dangerous then anything I had ever faced before.
But the only time I got really pissed off ... angry even was in a game called "Soldier of Fortune". I was in ... Serbia, I think it was supposed to be, looking for something or another. I was down in some sort of tunnel, got in a firefight with some soldier, kill all but one, whom I unintentionally disarm by shooting the gun out of his hands. He covers before me, holds his hands up and says; dont shoot, dont shoot!
So I dont shoot. After all, the man poses no threat after being disarmed, right?
WRONG!
Suddenly, he trows a grenade at me, a FRIGGIN GRENADE !!!
I run for cover, and live, and then empty my clip in the son of a *****! Now, I know it was just some "clever programming" by the developers, but boy was I pissed. I really like to belive there is such a thing as honourable combat. And that one should be able to surrender, and be treated humanely by the other side. I am naive like that.
