In other news, I've taken Labby's idea and I'm searching for back-packing hostels, much cheaper than anything else, I'm not going to start booking though untill we have a more accurate estimation of how many people will be coming.
Since it's in July I think we should wait a while so that those who want can sign up, but we'll need to set a dead-line for the those wishing to join the week-end team.

Actually looking at hostels the prices aren't that bad, sure we'll have to sort out food aswell, but it shouldn't break the bank.

We should make badges for everyone going, something with the Persons' avatar, screen name and real name on it aside from anything else it'll be handy when you're trying to spot the people you regularly chat with.

Assuming I'm still able to make it, I'll volunteer to make them when we get nearer the time.

Well I'm having a bit of difficulty figuring that out, but I'll work it out eventually, it varies from place to place.
