Well I guess I can fill that roll, responsibility is my middle name.....well actually it's David but you get the point.

Excellent work, chief of making sure everyone returns alive.

I can offer to take on a role which may help with making sure everyone returns alive - First Aider. I have been trained in basic first aid, so any medical emergencies I can (supposedly) deal with. I could also take basics, like paracetamol, plasters etc?

Although I'm assuming that because we're all adults (ish) anyone with medical conditions could deal with them themselves? Y'know, they could take their own medication as they need it.

if i stay active in posting, since i only started posting 3 or 4 days ago, and get to know a couple of people on here. and have a job (read as money) by that time i may well make the trip. its only £5 each way on the train for me, so could be a good laugh if i make it down there.

I'd turn up, I live about 50 minutes away from kings cross, so not difficult for me, if only so you can all see the friendly face I have.... when I beat you at bowling and Outrun 2

Blimey, this has exploded since I last looked. Would it be a good idea to put up possible hotels/hostels that other escapists would be using on the first page? Would save having to trawl through 10+(and growing!) pages.

In a couple of days, SmilingKitsune is going to book us all rooms together (those who've put their name down by then). After that, they may put a list of hotels/hostels if anyone else decides to tag along.
