Quite a lot but mainly getting stitches and with broken bones though. Broke my leg, toes, elbow, most of the bones in my hands/fingers, nose, ribs and plenty of skull fractures.

3 Times. Twice because I broke my arm, once because I started coughing up blood. Broken arm, I was in and out in a few hours both times.
The coughing up blood thing left me there a bit longer. It took them a bit over a week to figure out what was wrong. Turns out I've got a vein feeding blood straight into my lung cavity.
But they plugged it and I'm all better now.

Yeah, once, seriously. I managed to piss off this old dog and it jumped on me and nearly bit my ear off. Had to get a tetanus shot, but, that's all, luckily.

when I was really young, I had a really high fever that just wouldn't break, so my parents took me to the hospital where they were told that it was a sign of leukemia and that I would probably die within the year... turns out I just had impacted lymph nodes...

the next time I went to the ER I'd just been shot in the eye with a BB gun by my older brother, managed to catch the BB in my eyelid though, so I didn't lose my eye or eyesight, still sucked though

and the NEEXT time I went to the ER, my face was covered in blood because my forehead was split open by a plastic cup one of my other brothers hurled at me, it just wouldn't stop bleeding, so I had to get staples

fun times.

... my younger brother dared me to bike on the ice when i was in grade 11 and i broke my hand and waited in the ER three days after i broke for 3 and a half hours. Apparently when you break a hand you can sometimes still move it, thats why most people think its a sprain even if you fracture your hand.

I was bitten by a dog when I was like seven. I know, badass.

But it was like a Yorkshire Terrier....and the bit was on my thumb.

I have broken my nose, pinky toe and dislocated my left knee (all from playing football/soccer). I have also had a rock thrown at my head which required stitches and I had pneumothorax.

So that's a total of 5 times then.

I rag-dolled on a 25' drop off on my mountain bike about three years ago. There was an uplift at a local downhill course so there were heaps of people there - luckily that included a St. Johns ambulance - so when I "landed" my helmet looked like a cracked egg, I had blood from my ears, nose and mouth; I broke my right collar bone, right shoulder blade, right arm in three places, three ribs, cracked my hip and broke my right leg in three places. A pretty good effort I'll think you'll agree. I spent two and a half months in hospital for that one! I looked like one of those cartoon characters you see on the t.v. with arms and legs in the air with a heap of casts. Thankfully in the U.K. we have the N.H.S. so I didn't have any bills to pay.
It's one of my favourite stories to tell.

I had to go to the ER once because my left testicle was in extreme pain. I had testicular problems before, but it was a dull pain; my ER experience involved a very sharp pain. And I mean sharp. As in, I couldn't urinate, defecate and I was vomiting a lot, in addition to feeling really light headed.

When I went to the ER for my sharp pain, the doctor said that because the pain went away before she gave me an ultrasound (I'm not pregnant, in case anyone's wondering), that it could have been one of two things: excess hydrocele in my sac (which caused my dull pain) or a twisted testicle. Since there was no way to tell, and because I was feeling better, she sent me home.

And the end to this marvelous night was followed by me getting woken up 4 hours later by a
phone call due to an inept manager at my work failing to pass on the message to the next manager that I wasn't coming into work that day.

23 hours awake and 4 hours of sleep because of testicle problems. How fun.

As said before (other than being born, which is a BIG thing) nothing else. Though I will be next year, because I have to have jaw surgery.

I had a number of visits to the ER when I was little and would suffer from asthma attacks in the middle of the night, having to walk through the house and wake someone up while panicking because I couldn't breathe enough to shout.
I really credit playing the trumpet with my lack of symptoms now, I think my lungs have strengthened enough to beat the asthma, I believe it was around that time that the asthma attacks stopped

Yeah i had to get stitches for my leg.

It got cut open BY A TOILET!
How does one cut their leg on a toilet?
Haha, I've done that, although the cut was on my arm and wasn't quite deep enough to require hospital. Actually, it was a bathroom sink, but it could just as easily have been a toilet.

We'd just had a new bathroom installed and my dad and I were smashing up the old toilet and sink and putting the pieces in the old bathtub. Freshly broken ceramics can be just as sharp as glass, and much heavier.
That makes sense, but that doesn't explain how you could manage to cut your leg on a toilet that (I would assume) was unbroken.

I had to go to hospital when i cracked the back of my head open on a wooden shelf
had to wait for seven hours with blood pouring out of the back of my head so much that my white t-shirt i was wearing was completely red by the time we got seen. I was something 8 at the time. the only reason i got seen in the end was becasue I was friends with this kid whose mum worked in the A&E

Twice. The first time was because I was born in the hospital. The second time was for a surgery to treat a bad case of something you probably don't want to know about.
