Fable 3 Opens With Depressing Chicken Movie

This is good. The game was always at its best when not taking itself entirely seriously, so maybe they pulled that intot he main plot.

Fable would be phenomenally better if it was played as a chicken. The same plot line and everything. You're just a chicken. Just you. Everyone else is still a human or Balverine or what have you.

I don't know if i want to watch this or read the article. I'd rather wait for the game to see myself instead of teasing myself. Is it a mediocre cinematic?

It feels more like a trailer than an opening. It doesn't really lay out the setting aside from the fact that the world of industry has come to Albion, which we already know.

It has a subtle message in it though. It displays that something is wrong with the land and that your mission is going to be to bring justice to all. You almost want to do so for the sake of that chicken... I rather liked it.

Then again, the Fable two opening didn't tell us much either xD Just a bird shittin' on the head of the Hero. Real anti-climactic.

I like the energy but the message is slightly off. I'd slay the Killer Rabbit of Caerbannog and not the Vicious Chicken of Bristol. For you see, I fight on behalf of the chicken not against it.
