You payed for the GAME. You bought Fallout 3, and got exactly that. That doesn't mean you "deserve" DLC, does it?

I am planning to get the DLC when I get paid, but I can understand both sides of the argument, we (360 owners) get benefits with our payment for xbox live, as well as more support online etc, which can, I am sure, be infuriating for PS3 users who bought Fallout 3 for their console without being privy to the fact that the DLC was going to be exclusive to the 360, so they would be a little miffed I am sure, this is the sort of information that you could find on inside xbox, but this resource is not available on account of you not having the xbox to view it on (though I hear they have a youtube page now), personally I am happy with my choice of console, there are very few things on the other console that I desire overmuch, (perhaps resistance FoM and maybe uncharted Drakes Fortune), but I found more reason to buy the 360 at the end of it, and thus far I have had the better deal.

so why should us PS3 owners be brushed aside by Money grabbing developers, surely they realise that this will affect how PS3 owners interact with there products, if I think that they will keep doing this then I am more likely to go to a game that treats Xbox and PS3 Owners the same way

The PS3 is cutting everyone out of some good games this generation, and the PS2 had its share of money grubbary last generation, M$ not any worse or better. Its just how this industry works...

If its really that big of a problem, just buy all the consoles(or atleast a good PC), its not something your likely to regret.

You did get what you bought. You paid 60 bucks for a game that had a beginning, a middle and an ending. It took me well over 60 hours to finish it with 1 character without any DLC. Just because you don't have the option to buy more of the game doesn't mean you paid for half a game.

And we don't know if the 2 expansions scheduled for disc printing on the 25th (in and abouts) will be heading to the PS3 anyways. Did it not happen the same way with Oblivion?

On Topic: I have to agree with the consensus here, there are more 360s in more homes than PS3s so Bethesda went with the winner obviously. Sony kicks all kinds of ass with the PS2, but i guess you cant win em all.

I loved operation anchorage though I don't look forwards to the pitt or Broken steel as much. Sorry ps3 owners we all knew it was exclusive and MS wise it makes sense. I am happy to pay microsoft for good content rather then get sony's crappy live for free. The live might work onlinee but charging the third party over the users is a mistake. Sony messed up.

They made an expensive console that featured the blu ray gimmick but very few people actually care so in the end it is just a gimmick.

They featured the free live gimmick but this lead to them charging the third party making game makers even more reluctant to make ps3 games (the list is bad enough already).

All Microsoft have is essentially bullying power bought with money

Honestly I thought the Pitt sucked as I ended up losing all my gear to a bug. Anchorage was good as it gave me great gear (Which is now useless do to the Pitt). I'm going to reload an Old save so I can play Broken Steel.

"Just you guys wait here in soon we'll have some good games!" They relese MGS4 one of said games, a lot of people think its meh at best. "Don't worry you guys that wasn't actually one of our better games keep waiting."

Another thing I want to know is what problems are there with The Pitt? I didn't run in to one... I must be lucky. Also Operation: Anchorage was awesome, especially since it let you have Power Armor with out the training! The new DLC is pretty rad as well. The level caps is raised which is awesome and i am so looking foreward to getting the Nuclear Anomoly perk when i hit 30.

It sucks that the PS3 owners are not getting the DLC for Fallout 3 but buisness is buisness and for the 360 owners and PC owners buisness is good.

You bought the game not the DLC, Betheseda developed the DLC for the 360 because they could port it easily on the toolset which the PS3 doesn't have. Don't get me wrong, I don't care that the 360 has worse hardware than the PS3 or less exclusives in the next 5 years. MSoft just prefer to work with 3rd party developers so they are more willing to work with MSoft.

Honestly I never heard about this whole "DLC won't be available on PS3" thing at all untill after I had purchased the game. I researched it and looked around alot to find out information about it and nowhere was it ever mentioned that.

Paying 60 dollars for a game that WITHOUT DLC has over 100 hours of gameplay and complaining about it is sad. Especially since other games you pay 60 dollars and you get FOUR HOURS WORTH OF GAME (i.e. Wanted: Weapons of Fate)

Well, PS3 has already got a foothold in the market seeing that the 360 had a 2 year advantage and the only reason why game graphics are nearly the same (I have heard it a lot) is coz 360 is holding back the PS3, that is why PS3 exclusives are better in terms in graphics (Look at Killzone 2). MGS4, Uncharted (2 on the way), The Resistance Series, Killzone 2, LittleBigPlanet are great exclusives and they were some of the games we were waiting for and we have a lot more good exclusives on the way (look up MAG) and I never said anything about problems with Fallout 3 DLC, is that being quick on the defense coz u know there are problems and the fact that u have the DLC just tells me MS need to get their hands on it coz they know they got the inferior system and they desperatly need it. Also, ur excuse about getting the Power Armour early is well....who cares??? I prefer the military armour anyway and the DLC is no big loss. (I like ur Hitman 2 reference at the end lol)

They just made a shitty short main storyline and then added a bunch of sidequests as they played. The scripts, storyline, AI, voice acting, combat, models, and engine were terrible. Both games are buggy pieces of shit. They don't test anything and rely on the modding community to make up for every fucking game fault. The only redeeming quality is the layout of the game world but why the fuck does that make these games loved by retarded monkeys? I guess they just like shiny visuals. I am positive they can't read or spell correctly.
