Favorite (Children's) Cartoon Villain

Best children's cartoon villain...I gotta give it to The Joker from Batman: The Animated Series. That was the Joker that kinda encompassed everything. The seriousness of the '89 Batman flick, the comedy and even part of the camp value from the Ceaser Romero 60's live-action show and the madness and cunning of the comic books that eventually made its way into Heath Ledger's performance in the Dark Knight.

Spoiler: And did I mention he's voiced by this guy?

Yeah, it's Mark Hamill. You can say Ledger played the best Joker, but Hamill had the best sound for the Joker, knowing how to mix ecstacy with insanity and jumping from elation to madness in all of about three words.
