Freyja, the norse goddess of love and fertility, but also of war, death, magic and wealth.

Freyja also receives half of the spirits of warriors who had died bravely in battle and is the Mistress of the Valkyries. The half that goes to Odin are "the offensive", or those who dedicate their life to fighting and looting. Freyja?s warriors are "the defensive", or those who only fight to protect their families or clans or the property thereof.
Ah, I agree, and am glad someone else knows a thing or too about Norse Mythology.
I figured in my teen years that since history is fairly interesting, it would be a shame to not study more of the nearby pagan traditions and the mindset of the average person. So I began with Kalevala, since I'm Finnish, and expanded into norse mythology.

I'd have to say Aphrodite.

I've got a thing for red heads, especially topless ones.

Here's an artistic depection of Freyja (The Mistress of the Valkyries, Goddess of Love and War, Fertility and Death, Magic and Wealth, She Who Rides The Chariot Drawn By Cats and Mistress of the Falcon Cloak) for ya :)

She is often described as a blonde though...

Anoia, Goddess of things that get stuck in drawers.
For quoting discworld:

OT Artemis. Why? Because of the story about her and the shepherd boy. Or it could have been Narcissus my Hellenic Mythology is a bit fuzzy these days.

Quan Yin. She was sent to the underworld by way of a loophole and made the best of the situation by singing. The other denizens of the underworld were so moved by her singing, they actually found relief and comfort from their torment and torture. Angered by this, the ruler of the underworld sent Quan Yin away to heaven essentially because she was making hell a not half bad place.

The One nobody dares praying to. The One who never comes when called and only appears in the hour of greatest need, but only if whoever She chooses to aid does not believe in Her. If She is with you, do not speak Her name, or She will leave. Never tempt Her, or you will lose Her.

Lady Luck.

Furrina, the Roman Goddess of...actually no one knows. The Romans celebrated her festival every year but soon forgot what she was the goddess of.
Possibly the Goddess of alcohol then?

I don't know any Goddesses other than Athena, Venus and Aphrodite so yea, one of them will have to do.

Nike - The winged goddess of victory (Greek)

What more can you want? ^^

and for those who've been to Athens and visited the Parthenon.... If you didn't also visit the temple of Athena Nike up there - you fail.

Artemis the Hunter. Predominantly a name given to females but every now and then a male comes along with such a talent for hunting that he earns the right to use the name. Can you guess where that little quote comes from?
